Oh my goodness! My husband decided on Wingstop for dinner, and I wasn’t excited at first because my past experiences at other locations weren’t great. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I have given them several tries and I am done. It’s either the food is not fresh, or you get what I got in the picture, a container full of grease/butter. These are lemon pepper wings and I couldn’t even eat them. Instead of going back and complaining I am choosing to leave this review and just say stay away from this location. Even if they offered me a free meal I would not return. My Husband and I was totally disgusted, not to mention that there was grease all over the bottom of the bag and was on my seats. If I didn’t have leather seats it would have definitely made a stain. Just go someplace else, this is not it!

Food is okay not the greatest. Service was absolutely shit. Waited at counter for 10 mins, the girl that came up was on a personal call while she was taking my order and hand was in pocket the whole time. She gave attitude when I was ordering just a simple sandwich and fries. The guy in the back who I’m guessing was the cook, too was on the phone and took 5 mins to even begin to start cooking my food. I’ve ordered the garlic parmesan sandwich and they forgot the garlic. This location is an absolute joke. If I wanted to waste my time next time I’ll just go to the dmv.

Accidentally placed an order in New Lenox while being in Kansas. This was 100 percent my fault. However, I instantly noticed the mistake and called right away to let them know to cancel it and refund me. They did not pick up the phone for 10 minutes. They finally answered the phone and then after some bickering back and forth agreed to refund me. It has been four days and I still have received no refund. As a broke college student this was not cool and I will not be going back.
