Ordered some food from this restaurant when I was in town. The staff is super nice and friendly. I’ve never eaten at Wingstop. I will say it was chicken wasn’t wasn’t bad is it chicken but it’s exactly what to expect from a place like this. . I had some boneless wings and some tenders. I did like the cheese sauce for the fries and I did like the fries seasoning, cheese sauce that was really tasty. The entire management need to be fired. Employees(Cyncere and Manager) are rude and don’t take accountability at all. 18+ years in customer service experience as well as have my own Food Manager and service safe certificate. If I was undercover they would be all fired! I’m never coming back!

Ordered $60 worth of food for an NFL Sunday. They didn’t pack half the order, the chicken sandwiches were so unbelievably burnt. This wingstop was great for years and has fallen off a cliff. Terrible all the way around – ordered a small voodoo fry online and ended up waiting over an hour once I got to the store because they said I would have to jump through hoops in the app to get a refund. I’m pretty sure they either removed my name off of the to-go orders list thinking they served me or they gave my fries to someone else. I had to ask multiple times for it. The people there are slow, management is lazy and unhelpful, and trust me the food was not worth the wait. Find a different wingstop

I made a online app order getting off work. Order was ready when I got there, cool. Went to snack on fries after a few minutes. They was super hard (over cooked to the max). Ok tossed that out. The chicken was horrible. I think my blood pressure went way up eating this salty mess. Worst food ever. I deleted the app. Never again. Should have got McDonald’s chicken nuggets instead. Less money tasted better. And I dont even like nuggets. Rather go home hungry than to eat Wingstop ever again.
