My daughters and I stopped at Wingstop after a basketball game and it was exactly what we needed. The food was amazing, fresh, and came out fast even though the place was humming with customers.
Juan was the manager on duty and you could tell he runs a tight ship — the entire staff was on point, working hard, and still friendly. The restaurant was super clean, which we really appreciated after a long game day.
Only small suggestion would be adding paper towels and a trash can by the door handle for convenience. Other than that, top-notch experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I had a great experience at Wingstop recently, and I wanted to highlight the excellent service I received from my server, Marcela. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout my visit.
Marcela was knowledgeable about the menu, helped me decide on the perfect flavor combo, and checked in at just the right times to see if I needed anything. My order came out hot, fresh, and exactly as requested. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction.
It’s always refreshing to get great food paired with genuinely good service. Thanks again to Marcela and the Wingstop team—I’ll definitely be coming back!

As a rideshare delivery driver I came in last night and was told the order would take 7 more mins so I mentioned I would be using the bathroom. A lady cleaning the bathroom came out and when I asked if I could use it she said “no” saying she had just put bleach. When I told her I badly needed to use the bathroom she stated “sorry” (coldly) and that the lobby was closed (though I was inside). I told her I badly needed to go but she refused so I stated I would need to cancel the order and she said “that’s fine someone else will pick up the delivery.” So I had to cancel the order – I sure hope this lady doesn’t treat customers the same (as some reviews described a cut and dry mean person over the phone) and I don’t think the staff in general are sensitive to customers with such delays and refusals to grant rideshare drivers the courtesy of using the bathroom while making them wait….I too am in customer service and go out of my way to serve customers and keep good rapport with other service members in the industry…

The food was superb and was perfect. The fries were perfectly seasoned and the wings were tender and juicy. The service was good and I didn’t find any noticeable faults in the customer service. The atmosphere was nice and clean, and I also like the vibe they were going for. Overall this location did a great job in all aspects and I will definitely be coming back.

This WingStop location is the best!!! I stopped for the lunch special with my son and we had a delicious meal. The 2 employees working were SO kind, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The fountain pop machine had so many good combos. I will be back!

11/21/25: Another super salty fries!! The bigger problem is that out of 15 wings only 4 are drums , wish they put about the same of each. I only eat drums , 4 were not enough for sure. Feel cheated, but I can’t deal with the workers. I will start Checking my orders at the establishment before taking it home!!
My worst experience ever!! We were hungry and too busy to cook dinner. We ordered 15 PC wings that came with fries. It’s 10:30 pm , all we want is to eat and go to sleep since tomorrow we need to wake up for work. Obviously, it’s late to cook dinner , so we order food. My , my, my GOD!!! I feel like they have dumped the salt in the wings and fries. We picked up the food we get home, and you CAN’T EAT IT!!! IT IS THAT SALTY!!!! I am pissed because it is too late to go back, too late to cook dinner and now I got to go to bed hungry! I tried taking a pic of the fries , but my camera does not do it justice. Mind you most of the salt has been dissolved into the fries and yet they are covered. This is ridiculous, I tried to eat some of it and now my mouth is numb

Very upset and disappointed in the customer service especially that of the so-called manager. I placed an order for delivery, and it took an hour with no successful delivery of food. I called Wingstop for help since the app messages tell me to contact them and the manager was not helpful at all and really didn’t even seem to understand me. I thankfully was able to reach door dash and they were much more helpful. My advice is never order delivery or ask for help.

I’ve always picked up food from this wing-stop but I stopped by today and it seamed like there was new management. Juan was very kind, and had awesome costumer service! I ordered a pick up and the food was ready right on the dot & it tasted amazing! I recommend giving this location a go!

What is going on, We ordered wings and fries with 3 different flavors. I couldn’t eat the wings properly neither my girl. The wings tasted like if a can of salt was poured onto the flavors. Holy crap. I should of gone back to get a refund.
