I was very disappointed with the lack of freshness of my food, given I had to wait an additional 10 minutes past the time the confirmation noted it would be ready. There was no apology or acknowledgment that they did not honor the original time, even though he saw me sitting there waiting inside the store. Also I requested the wings to be well done and they were soft. The wings were also freezer burned (see picture), I was hoping they wouldn’t taste freezer burned but they absolutely did. The sweet tea tasted like they haven’t cleaned the canister since they opened the restaurant and they didn’t even have trash bins inside the store, so people left their trash on the same counter where they pass out people’s food. The service was not welcoming and it seems like they’re used to taking customers for granted. There are so many other wing stop locations that I would strongly recommend not patronizing this location, as this experience seems like the norm. Wing stop charges too much to offer this type of experience at any location.

This restaurant refuses to put seasoning on their lemon pepper and Louisiana rub flavored wings. The wings are always flavorless and dry unless you are able to check your order and catch it at the restaurant to ask for extra seasoning. But if you order online for delivery you’re just screwed. They really need to retrain the new franchisers how the original Wing Stop used to be.
