Ordered online said pick up between 8- 15 minutes got there a half an hour after the 15 min mark and was told it wasn’t ready just a few minutes wait. 15 minutes later I’m getting aggravated and he comes with an order that’s not mine, then checks the order on the shelf that’s been sitting there the entire time and says oh it’s right here and hands it to my like no big deal no apology’s. I took it home and was kissing the dipping sauce and the wings were sitting in a pool of oil what a joke. Wish I read some reviews on this place before ordering won’t be returning

Waited an hour and a half for food. I understand it was a big game last night, but didn’t seem like your kitchen had any kind of system. No real expeditor, someone bagging up food and the other putting it together, i didn’t see any food kept in warmers, just fries sitting out in the open and only usually have a 7 minute hold time. You gotta push that stuff out. Had a man waiting an hour for fries. You have to come up with a better system. I’m leaving you a generous review because i know what it’s like ive worked Super Bowls at Buffalo Wild Wings for years, and with that many tickets coming in you have to be prepared and have a better system. Hopefully this comes off well, but I came in About 15 minutes before closing now I understand it’s close but when I worked in The food business we worked all the way up until closing. They will not accept my order and told me I can only do it online or on the phone but not to be racist or anything because I am only third generation, but I don’t know Spanish and the guys didn’t speak any English. They were just kind of pointing to assign and I was like well what is that supposed to mean Cause the sign said, only order line and I’m like OK. But it was just really a terrible experience. It would’ve been nice if they took my order right then and there instead of having to go on the phone and place the order on the phone like they said on the sign but when I called them, they just laughed and hung up so.

Four stars only because I’m not a big fan of Wingstop in general. I don’t really like wings or fried food. They Completed my DoorDash orders promptly, had a great customer service, and during the end of the night the one worker, Wik, was alone by himself he noticed that I had been door dashing all day. He gave did something really nice for me. That meant the world to me and it’s little things like that, that make people wanna come back!! He was multitasking doing everything by himself he deserves recognition for that.

This is a NEW WINGSTOP and you must do better‼️ STAFF … please stop using your filthy, polluted cell PHONES while preparing food!! I didn’t appreciate seeing this when I arrived. Also, pick up your business phone orders when people call, especially when you’re not busy and on your personal phones in the kitchen. Stop taking biz phone off the hook and placing it on the counter to avoid taking orders. Management, STEP IT UP!
