I’m so disappointed I was craving Wingstop for days! I place my order online pick it before the time frame surprised that my order was ready cause I literally just placed it. Wings are overcooked. I paid almost $50 for my food for it to be terrible. There isn’t enough sauce to make these wings edible.

I am UPSET!!! Every time I order from here they always always forget something!!!!! OR MESS SOMETHING UP….. my ranch is always missing!!! And I NEED THE RANCH.. and they gave me DIET COKE INSTEAD OF REGULAR and if u love coke you know it’s a big fat difference in the taste. It may just be chicken but it’s a big deal if I’m paying all this money and craving it really bad just to not get what I wanted. And it’s happened more than 3 times…….the wings are good tho

this place should honestly be shut down because it is a BIOHAZARD. there was a cook in the back that was literally picking his nose and then touching the fries before adding them to the fryer. They are super unsanitary here and wouldn’t be surprised if people got food poisoning!! My mom ordered the food and once she saw what was happening, asked them to wash their hands and they were so mad and refused to! She ended up asking for a refund because there was no way we were going to eat that food especially with those cooks and girl at the front being dirty. Please stop hiring young people that don’t understand the importance of a clean kitchen!! You can be shut down because of this. Train your employees better. So gross!!!

Wingstop has delicious wings but you kind of nearly lose your appetite when you’re almost finish with your plate and you come across a hair! I’ve been ordering from this location for almost 4 years now because they are consistent, but they HAVE GOT to do something about handling doordash and regular customers. I’ve had too many experiences where I’m waiting to pick up my mobile order and doordashers jump the line.
I waited almost 20 minutes to pick up my order that I could literally see on the counter because they all just crowded around the counter. Either make everyone get into a single line and then wait for their order to be called out, or have two people working the front – one for doordashers and one for regular customers. One poor employee shouldn’t have to deal with people placing orders, answering the phone to take orders, and dealing with the UTTER RUDENESS OF DOORDASHERS.
It makes me so mad every time, I might just start going to a different location.
