Placed the order at noon for pickup at 5pm. Arrived and was told it would be another 20 minutes. Order wasn’t fulfilled until 5:30. I understand it was a busy day with the Bears’ game, but if you can’t deliver a wing order with 5 hours of lead time, that’s some bad management. There were A LOT of irate customers present, which only added to the poor atmosphere and they made no attempt to provide satisfaction to anyone and there were people waiting much longer than me. Food was thankfully fresh, which was probably incidental in this case.

Three male employees were clearly talking about me when I picked up my order in another language. Gesturing toward me and looking me up and down and even said my name. Fries and wings taste of old oil, soda machine was sticky and gross and there was no carbonation so it was basically just syrup. Worste wingstop in the area. Employees are rude and food taste awful.

It is the 3rd time I have a problem with my food from the wingstop in Bartlett on Rt 59. I ordered a Spicy Korean Chicken sandwich and they literally put less tgan a tea spoon of sause on the sandwich. Its supposed to be fully dipped on the sauce.

This is my local Wingstop, I’ve been multiple times. I find that their lunch time meals are typically better made! I’ve had numerous dry, incorrect, or straight up made-wrong meals here. (I got a wet garlic parm once??)
Today my wings were made well, but they forgot my side and put my ranch in the bag with an unsealed lid which made it spill everywhere.
I used to get Wingstop a lot more often, but this location in particular has made me stop coming as much. I hope they figure things out
(They offered no refund or compensation for my time having to come back out for my side)

Why are my boneless chicken wings swimming in oil? Smh, I love the dry seasonings, but the majority of the seasoning is in the pool of oil. Look at my photos! That is not sauce, that’s grease from frying mixed with the seasoning. Do better Bartlett WingStop.

I swear I hate leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately, my order had a good amount of wings that had a bunch of feathers on them. I plucked them off and still ate the wings because I couldn’t just throw them away. My girlfriend, on the other hand, had a look of sheer horror and disgust once she saw all the feathers. It was kind of funny, but I would really appreciate it if right below the bone-in and boneless selections online there could be a “100% featherless” option, for the sake of my poor girlfriend…lol

Ordered 10 classic wings to go and when I got home (5 minute drive)noticed the the bag was dripping with grease. Opened the bag to see grease was literally pooling at the bottom. Looked inside the box at the wings which were almost swimming in oil. Completely inedible wings had to throw away and now I have to clean the grease out of my car and off of my table.

They had a coupon for 10 free wings if you buy 10, but they didn’t actually give me the coupon price. They just took $10 off and charge me the extra $.70 it’s false advertising and such a joke just a bait and switch. I’ll never be going back to that location ever again

Huge thanks to the amazing team at Wingstop Bartlett for saving the day! I had placed a 200-wing order for a big meeting and didn’t realize I had messed up the wing order. Once I realized I called them in a panic. The Wingstop team went above and beyond to help me out. They quickly put together a new order and got it ready in record time. Before anyone on my team noticed any problem we were eating wings. I really appreciate the effort and great service. They have definitely earned a lot of future business from me.
