I was trying to do the promo offered for chicken wing day and it didn’t apply to my order. When I went in person to fix it, the worker there had laid out the process it was going to take. It was long and tedious so I let the error go, it was only $7 and was my mistake. But when I get to my house I see that the other part of my meal, the boneless meal deal, was missing the fries. Then when I call the phone wasn’t working properly bc I could not go through.

I’m excited to have a wingstop in crystal lake! the fries were a little bit under-done in my opinion but they only opened a week ago so it’s understandable! i got the Korean-Q and hot honey rub and then shook them together and it was really good

I just ordered two types of wings and fries. The fries were pretty much dumped in the bag. The dip container lids were also open inside the bag and leaked over everything. The food tastes fine but would appreciate a little consideration when putting stuff in the bags.

Went on opening day and ordered online. My food was ready in 20 minutes and hot when I got home. Employees are very nice and are working very fast to fulfill orders. You can not dine in here. Happy they are finally open for business. They also don’t have curbside pickup.

too bad we learned about it a day after we ate it.
We ordered a pickup on 04/04 night and blue cheese they gave us expired on 04/02.

I recieved my order and there were several small pieces that were counted as a “boneless wing” but I was willing to look past that because the chicken was good. The dry pieces appeared fresh, they were crisp and warm but the wet pieces could have been “leftovers”. However, the problem was with the fries, usually really good, but they were cold so I called the store and Susan(I’m sure that wasn’t her real name) told me I should expect them cold they are not suppose to stay warm through delivery and that I should just microwave them. She was adamant that my expectation of hot/ warm food upon delivery was incomprehensible. What? Expect my delivery cold, she was very matter of fact and just like get over it. I usually take the drive to the Carpentersville location and have not been disappointed. I know you may think, it’s only fries, it was the attitude of “Susan” that was appalling, total disregarded my concerns over my order. If they don’t care about the small stuff, how can they be reliable when it’s a larger or catered order.

We had food delivered and I was pissed because it was the wrong order. I called and admit I wasn’t the most pleasant person. A guy named Harris answered was very kind. He asked me to hold so he can review the order come to find out the error was on me and not the store. He assured me it was no problem to prepare the correct order and he’d have it ready in 10min. I came to pickup the food and not only did he have the order ready he gave me a complimentary tray of fries. I apologized for being a jerk. He and The crew were awesome! Definitely will be back!
