THIS PLACE IS ALWAYS BUSY, I RECOMMEND YOU ORDER AHEAD.

First off, the food here is fantastic! The wings are good, I love the voodoo fries, and they have some really good corn… what wing place has corn? The food is 5 stars!

This location has had its fair share of issues with staffing. At times, they have been completely overwhelmed with customers. We don’t go here as often as we would like to because we’ve had to wait over an our after our food was supposed to be ready to get our order.

Yesterday was a good day! 4 people working and doing a pretty good job from what I could tell. We ordered our food online and we got there when it said it was going to be ready. Within 8 minutes of our pickup time we were walking out the door with our food. That was probably the best service experience I’ve had here.

Two things:
1. Knowing that service has been a point of struggle for this restaurant and yet they are always so freaking busy speaks volumes about what people are willing to endure for their great food!
2. We have seen this kitchen totally overwhelmed staffed with only 1 person and yet the people who work here seem to commit to serve their customers. They might not staff the counter and require you to place orders on your phone so they can focus on cooking, but they don’t give up. I’ve seen a lot of heart from the workers here over the years.

With the reasonable wait time yesterday, I am hoping their staffing problems are behind them but regardless, do yourself a favor and order ahead.

Service is horrible. My boyfriend walked in to place and order , some guy at the front puts his hand up at him like a stop sign and catches an attitude saying “only taking online orders” as if he was supposed to know that. My bf likes to customize his food and online gives him a hard time. Don’t work in fast food if you’re gonna be super rude. This location isn’t even all that good to be doing all that. Who cares if you’re busy it’s a business and it’s your job.

My husband tried placing an order online through their app. The money came out but the app provided an error. We called the store and waited on hold for 45 minutes. They couldnt find it in the system. She got my husbands name wrong and spelling multiple times. Its JUAN. She didnt egen apologize. And then proceeded to say it would be on the card 7-10 business days. Unprofessional, unsatisfactory resolution, and horrible customer service. We will take the extra drive to the one on 57th. They answer their phone and are always friendly.

I wish I could say better but the customer service needs help to say the least! I got here at 11 and the lady said oh we’re not taking walk-in orders. Kinda a joke, what fast food place makes you order online? So I had to spend 10min to get my order in and then I was behind the other 8 orders. Not really worth the wait. Not to mention no garbage in the eating area

Terrible service! Late on order. When I got my food it was wrong. Tried to call and no one picks out. Tried calling several times and waited on phone for 45minutes to see if they would ever pick and they don’t. Tried calling again the next day to see if there was consistency and sure enough no one still picks up to make order correction. Sent an email reporting incident and they don’t get back either. Terrible service and rip people off. Their mistakes are at your expense and they make no effort to correct it and they know they aren’t. Poor management means poor service!!!

This is absolutely the worst place to order food from don’t get me wrong. The food is absolutely amazing when you actually get the correct order and then when you call explaining that you got the wrong order, they are very rude. They tell you to go through a third-party that you ordered from which is understandable but then I ask what order did I get which is also a reasonable question because what if I’m allergic to what I received somebody else’s order . Young lady puts me on hold comes back tells me Yep it was their fault because they gave them the wrong bag that has the same name as me but prior to that told me it was a DoorDash problem not them. I told them OK I will call and talk to the manager tomorrow. They proceeded to tell me to go ahead and call me names and hang up again. The food is great. When you get the correct order customer service is crap !!! and honestly all I wanted was my refund back

Poor customer service disrespectful cashier bothered me for not having the doordash order on my phone while she had asked me for the name on the order twice before asking to see it on my phone I was grabbing it for my significant other. So I had to go back out into the car to have her go show them. Just for her to go in to say Oh we dont need it. Wish of gotten the females name to been able to report them ridiculous.
