As a college student, I was hopeful that adding a Wing Stop in town would be convenient and a good idea. I was wrong. I’ve been to many great Wing Stops, and this one has yet to impress me. I went in October with a group, of which we all got drinks, but the cashier never mentioned that there wasn’t ice in the vending machine, meaning we’d be drinking warm pop. The workers did not seem to care or explain why there wasn’t ice. Today I went back hopeful that my experience would be better, and yet again I was proven wrong. We ordered our wings and ranch of course, and instead of ranch we got blue cheese. I realized it immediately, so I went to the counter and said “I think we got blue cheese instead of ranch, so can we get 2 things of ranch please?” The worker rolled his eyes and gave me 2 new sides, of which were both blue cheese again. At this point, I did not want to eat my wings or fries as ranch is what makes it good. I will also add that we were the only people sitting down to eat and while there was football on the TV initially, after I made a comment about being excited to watch football, the channel immediately changed to something else. Coincidence? I think not.

Stopped to have a late lunch early dinner on a roadtrip. The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We were the only ones there so our food came out really quick. Everything tasted fantastic.

Absolutely loved my experience here! The front counter gentleman was incredibly friendly and helpful—top-notch customer service that made me feel welcome right away. The food was fantastic, full of flavor and served fresh (especially the fries!). Plus, the space was spotless and well-maintained, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The app for this place sucks! Was trying to place an order through the app, and kept kicking me out. Previously I had put 3 orders in, which of course 2 of them were wrong. This place should be shut down. Probably would not be missed because most of the other options in this town are chicken choices. I moved here 2 years ago and never had these issues in the Chicago area. Probably won’t ever go back.

every single time I eat here, I get sick. I’ve given it 3 chances, and have tried different things every time, months apart in hopes that maybe things wouldn’t be as bad. The first 2 times I ate here I had an upset stomach and nausea, tried it recently again and I ended up with food poisoning so bad that I’ve had to call out of work, because I’ve been throwing up for 4 days. I RARELY eat out anymore and I wanted wings, so there’s literally nothing else in my diet that could cause this because I regularly meal plan. Never again.

I’ve been to a number of Wingstops over the years, and I have loved all of them. What it’ll tell you about this particular location (and it’s new) is that it sucks. The atmosphere is loud and it’s staffed with workers who seem more concerned with giving each other high fives, laughing and wandering around while there’s guests waiting. Me and another customer actually had a dialogue (while waiting) and discussed the very concept that I’m articulating. We watched no less than five staff just mosey on with life with no sense of urgency, care, and really appeared to do nothing the entire 20 minutes that I was waiting… And that was after my online order arrival time. This was in plain view of anyone and everybody that was there and paying attention. The chicken wings were small and the fries were worse than two day old gas station fries; absolutely terrible, completely soggy and needed to be air fried when I got home. Even then, we threw them away. They were that bad. My wife took two bites of her chicken and said shes never ordering food from them again. This was our second attempt. I really want these guys to succeed, I love Wingstop. But, they’re going to need some better leadership, supervision and solid management if they’re going to pull that off.

It had a rough opening, the first time I went here was maybe a week after opening. I waited an additional 40 minutes after I placed an online order. The last few times I went it has been perfect! One of the better wingstops I have been to!

AVOID, took money online order and employee didn’t have skills/training to change order. manager was absolutely NO HELP and pushed me off to anonymous corporate. UGH service is slow, and does not align with what’s posted online. Totally ghosted my requests and interactions. DONT donut, AVOID this business as they think they can do this without you or me as customers. Poor management

We had a pretty big order and I was impressed that we didn’t have to wait long. The restaurant was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Our order was correct and the food was really good. We ordered two kinds of fries and 6 different flavors of wings and corn.

Came in and ordered when no one was in there. Watched people come in, order and sit down eat and get to go orders while we waited. Watched the dude in the kitchen putting a bag of frozen chicken into the cooler and drop like 3 of em and leave them. Took over 30 minutes to get my to go order. Fries were squishy, my daughter said chicken was greasy. I get some grease but over greasy.
Just kind of a meh experience. Should be prepared to do the job all day. It was basically supper time or right before and they were not prepared. Probably wouldn’t return.
