We picked up our mobile order last night. We came in as our order had just finished being made. The lady working the front handed us our food and we left to go back to our car. As we were getting in, the same employee ran out and called us back because we accidentally forgot one of the food bags. I can’t recall the last time an employee informed us about a missing item, let alone one that ran out into the cold and call us back to give it to us. It was an amazing display of service. The food tasted fantastic as well! We’re beyond satisfied and we’ll DEFINITELY be coming back.

I placed an order today the cashier wash rushing through my order. I asked for my chicken to be fried hard but she didn’t go back and put it in or my order! She hen my order was received I sat in my car to check it over and no surprise my chicken was not to my liking, I went back into the store the girl who took my order came to the counter and I let her know my issue, she was not apologetic very, very Nonchalant didn’t offer to correct my order and no kind of Way believe in me no choice but to go home and cook my own meal My service overall was a zero out of 10

I was excited when this location first opened and thought the food was great. Today was the opposite; every wing was extremely dry and hard, even the ones with sauce. Would not recommend. Will be going back to Bdubs next time I want wings.

UPDATE**
Called to see what’s going on with the refund was put on hold then hung up on.
Now I am being told to wait again for the refund to be processed again so now this issue is beyond the appropriate refund windows time. Lastly I have wasted so much time calling and being on hold for them to not be able to solve this issue. I will make one last attempt to call tomorrow and if no refund is issued I will go ahead and escalate the situation further.
Haven’t received my refund and it’s the 6th business day. Keep being told to wait and given shifty responses when asking to speak to a manager. Going to call today if no conclusion is met I’ll file a complaint with the BBB.

Called to get a refund on an order due to the location glitching and setting it about 25 minutes away. Got a refund but they wouldn’t give me any type of receipt or email stating the refund is processing.
We will see in 1-5 days if I’m being scammed or not.

Take this as advice from someone who’s at different wing-stop in multiple states , I’m not sure who the chicken vendor for you guys is but please get a new one the boneless and bone in chicken isn’t normal or enjoyable .

Ordered 40 wings, 20 bone in & 20 boneless, these fools gave me the exact same sauces on both sets of wings when I had 6 different flavors total. The supervisor (woman) told me she would be refunding my money the same day, never received it. I called the next day and left my name & number with a male supervisor & they never called back & the money I paid cleared so they never gave me a refund for anything. I would not go to this location because they obviously do not care!
