If I could give this place zero I most definitely would I order my food online. When I arrive the workers couldn’t communicate with me well. I get my food get home before I even open the bag it was dripping literally dripping with grease I open the bag the chicken tenders were soaked in grease and old no way the were made fresh look at the pictures below I preceded to call and none of the staff answered the phone hiring these people they are literally destroying Wingstops reputation

Ordered 50 wings for delivery only received 20 and the ones we got were not even correct. Contacted management they offered a refund but I have not received it and it’s been over a month.

I got lunch from here today. I highly recommend ordering online. There is way too many people in a way too small storefront. The service is not really there. It felt like a rat race just to say hey this is my name and I placed an order online. I got the food though and I very much enjoyed it. I got two lemon pepper tenders that were a dry rub and it was really good 11 out of 10 phenomenal. I also got barbecue wings. They were good, but the sauce is the exact same sauce from Applebee’s. I don’t really think that I would come here for those again because I can get them for 1/3 of the cost. My husband got the hot wings rated a three and they weren’t spicy or hot at all. Kind of a letdown.

Beware. Like many, I’ve been burned here, and I don’t mean by hot chicken.
Delivery order placed on the Wingstop app directly. It was estimated at 45 minutes and I gave up at 2 hours, just to receive it after 3.5 hours, stone cold and unsafe to reheat.

I contacted the store, twice. I also walked in and spoke with an employee (the door was locked during business hours and I had to knock). In those three attempts, no manager was available and they added my complaint to a LONG list of others’ (I saw the paper), promising a refund and a call back.
No call back after days.

Prior to that, I submitted to corporate figuring the store couldn’t help me with an online order. Also, nothing.

I’ll have to resort to a chargeback, evidently.

Truly a horrendous experience last night. Order food through the Wingstop app. Had it delivered to the house. Driver forgets half the order at the shop. Call back to get the rest of our order delivered. I was told they would remake the order and send it out. I call back an hour later 8:19pm, to which an employee tells me it is still coming. Call back at 9:20pm another hour later. Employee states that they are waiting for a delivery driver. I call back a final time around 10pm, since I know I have been getting lied to for 2+ hours at this time to no answer.

I understand that the delivery driver forgot the order, but to have an employee blatantly lie for several hours to a customer is unacceptable. Wingstop has lost a customer.

The other reviews aren’t lying, this place sucks! Our orders are always mislabeled, completely wrong, or missing stuff. And the wait time is ridiculous! It doesn’t matter if you order from them directly or if you order through a delivery service or choose to pick up yourself. They will give you an estimated time for your order to be ready and you can easily add 30 minutes to that before you will actually receive your food.

This was my first time eating at the local Wingstop. I saw a promo for 70 cents per boneless wing and thought I was getting a steal of a deal. I knew something was up when I felt how light the bag was when I picked it up. They essentially stuffed 20 small boneless wings into a box. I used to work in fast food and if I was serving portions like this, I wouldn’t feel good at all. The fries and bone-in wings seem reasonably priced, but do yourself a favor and skip the boneless wings, even with the promo. Lastly, as others have mentioned, the customer service is non-existent. It’s not welcoming or friendly at all, just feels like a mad dash to get everyone’s order done (perhaps short-staffed?).

When you have two people working and not one acknowledges you’re at the front that is bad customer service. No one was in line at the time and the one worker didn’t even say like I’ll be with you shortly. I was trying to purchase gift cards. Another person came in and we both walked out without even being helped. You just lost two customers today because of your lack of service.

This is the last time I use this location. Going through Door dash does not guarantee any order,? Took my money fast enough yet unable or unwilling to locate any info?. Cancelled the order and went to Freddy’s Forget Door Dash/wing stop.
