Missing half my meal and a whole package of chicken. Called then to complain half our order was missing. First of all whoever answered the phone call is awful for customer service. You’re stealing money from us. Be quiet. Second. You’re telling me you bagged this package and saying you don’t believe you’re missing any items. We have a camera all over our shop proving we’re missing item. You have to get off your high horse. You failed at your job. A swallow your pride. You’re not losing any money but you’re taking it from us. I will not ever go back here. You have an awful attitude. You hung up on both of us. I’ll be contacting corporate. Also we’re not the only one who has had missing items and you refuse to refund

And the #chickening of Apple Valley reaches a pinnacle as the long awaited expansion of Wing Stop not only makes it way to Minnesota but hits the south suburbs.
As we make our normal daily commute down Cedar avenue and look over into the Time Square shopping center we look to see if the green neon “open late” sign is illuminated and finally on October 30th we jumped for joy! After rushing into the Wing Stop app to place our order for enough food to feed 4 (3 being hungry boys) of a 75 piece group pack.
We patiently waited in the store for our 20-30 minutes per the app but given opening day the time came and went (as we watched another individual with a large order wait at the counter which it turns out once we asked an employee ours was sitting there waiting).
As we cracked open the two large party trays our bone-in/boneless spread amongst 5 different sauces (Sweet BBQ Blaze, Hot Honey Rub, Original Hot, Louisiana Rub, Garlic Parmesan) and 3 different orders of fries (Seasoned Fries, Louisiana Voodoo Fries & Buffalo Ranch Fries) were separated into serving boats & packaged nicely into earth friendly paper bags. With a plethora of containers of ranch and our veggie sides we devoured as much as we could, with favorites being the hot honey and traditional hot as well as the Voodoo fries.
All the food had a nice temperature & flavor, was nice and warm, and definitely a new local favorite. The staff was very attentive, despite the slight miss on our food sitting on the counter after we had told them our names when we walked in and them calling out others while we were waiting. Certainly won’t keep us from coming back again and again and are excited for this new addition to our regular chicken spots.

Ordered the Korean, Hawaiian and Orginal. Also ordered the fried corn. The food was super salty. The Korean and Hawaiian tasted exactly the same, except for the heat. The cord.. same flavor. We wound’ up throwing out most of the corn and 1/2 o the wings. My wife after one bite from each flavor. No thanks, won’t be back.

Wingstop is truly amazing! I had a fantastic experience from the moment I walked in. The first thing I noticed was how clean and well-organized the place was, which is always appreciated. I am beyond disappointed with Wingstop Apple Valley. We placed a delivery order via Doordash, that included a triple chocolate chunk brownie, which my son specifically requested because today is his birthday. When the order arrived, the brownie was missing.
I immediately called the store and explained how important this was. The employee I spoke with told me she would figure out a way to send the missing brownie. My son and I waited for over two hours, only for me to call back and be told, “Sorry, as wingstops we don’t deliver we’ll just refund you.” That refund did absolutely nothing to fix the disappointment of a child waiting on his birthday treat.
What made this worse is that we were misled instead of being told the truth upfront. This experience completely ruined what should have been a special moment for my son.
I will never order from this location again. You didn’t just lose an order, you lost a new customer.

I’ve been ordering from this place since they opened & loved the customer service, the food, etc. but recently I haven’t been so happy with my orders. The first time they got my order wrong then the other times the food wasn’t the best they forget to add seasoning on the fries but this time I had the fries thrown into the bag not even putting them in the bowl in comes in. I’m so disappointed.

Ordered the lemon pepper and bbq flavored all flat wings cooked well done. They came half cooked, the sauce soaked the wings so much they were inedible. My advice go to Buffalo Wild Wings!!

The experience at this WINGSTOP location is truly like no other! Our second time ordering at this location. Thank you to Kat and Jayden for the best service!
