Ordered at 5:30, arrived in store for pickup at 6:40 and left the store at 9:00 with my food. I understand that I ordered on Super Bowl Sunday so wait times were expected to be insane, but I consistently saw people who ordered & arrived after me receiving their food before me. This was the first time I ordered from Wingstop. The staff were excellent and multilingual which seemed to expedite service. However, the wings were terrible. They were overcooked to the point where parts were inedible. I am guessing the staff followed corporate direction. The chicken had no flavor, and the sauce was generic. Even the blue cheese dip tasted watery.

I ordered wings through their website and got a confirmation email that food would be delivered in about 50 minutes. I called them after 90 minutes of not receiving the food and got an unhelpful employee who hung up on me. They said my order was for pickup and they don’t offer delivery through their website even though I have email confirmation of a delivery order. I called back a few times trying to get through, was told my order would arrive in 20-25 minutes. 50 minutes later, still not having received my food, I called back again and was told it was a pickup order, not delivery. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they didn’t have one around. I was hung up on a few more times, and 2.5 hours later, have still not received my order. Truly disappointing because I’ve ordered delivery from wing stop several times in the past, but this is the last time I’ll try to do it. Never again.

No usually the type to leave a negative review but this place has left a terrible taste in my mouth. I’d say it was the food but you’d have to actually get the food to taste it which I did not. This location has given me the run around for weeks regarding a refund for food that never arrived. No help from corporate and you are either left on hold indefinitely or they ignore your calls OR have you call back multiple times a day saying the manager will be here later. And after you’ve spent all day calling at the specific times they tell you to do they finally say “oh the manager is off today”.
And this is not the end of the horrible experience. If I could leave a negative star review I would.

Wings are alright, fries are delicious… problem is the wings are never tossed in sauce and fries are sometimes not seasoned. The last time I ordered I never even got my fries. They didn’t try to make it right when I called about it. A terrible experience.
