What a horrible establishment, the food quality for the most part is Okay but when it comes to service and actually getting your order right, do NOT count on it. I’ve ordered probably 5 times in the last 4 months and they’ve gotten the order correct maybe once. Now I call to get a remake and the manager gives me a huge issue stating that I need the receipt and a picture of the order. The lady never gave me a receipt. Highly do NOT recommend! They have gone all down hill since being sold out!

So this location was super clean. The staff was really helpful. Bathroom was clean. They did tell me 15 to 20 minutes for the food which I’ll just assume I get all fresh food. I ordered the 10 piece meal with fries and a regular drink and I got it in about 15 minutes and the food is supposed to be expected. It was good. I would definitely visit this location again.

They are unreasonably slow way too often. When I place an order and show up 5 minutes after the latest app-quoted ready time to be told to wait another 5 minutes, it is annoying. And it is a norm here. I order ahead and wait extra to try to avoid that but it still remains a regular issue! And, it is generally not that they are swamped busy. They need either better management or some focus on greater attention to detail to the service and hitting quoted timing.

I have asked several times when I placed my order to not have my wings swimming in oil. I was advised okay, but I get home and wings are full of oil. Now, if I go to the one in Oakcreek they are perfect, but the one closer to my home which is on 3 Mile gives you nothing but grease wings. You can’t enjoy your food, and it’s not healthy for anyone.
Ok I have asked several times not to have the extra sauce or butter on my wings. It makes the wings soggy. And the one on 3mile is the only one that does this. I’ve tried Milwaukee, Oakcreek, I never had this issue. Just on 3mile, also READ YOUR REVIEWS several people has complained about the same issue. The butter or so call sauce drowns the wings.

Used to be good but they have gone down hill with the new management n the cooks are frickin terrible!!!!! How the hell can you not fry a wing n fry?? N barely put any sauce on them, the mild is nothing but butter wings no flavor!! I don’t see this location last too much longer.

We work close by this Wing Stop, so me and my staff stop in all the time for lunch. The wings are stellar, and Mini and Maria always make sure we’re taken care of! Best spot in town for wings.

DO NOT go to this location. I was missing food, and they would not replace it unless I brought the entire order (for 5 people) back to the store. I was only missing my order, and the 4 KIDS had already started to eat so she refused to do anything. Customer Service does not respond. The manager can barely speak English and is very RUDE! She tells the staff to hang up on you. This place should be SHUT DOWN!

Don’t bother. Location can’t fill an online order on time, will tell you when you show up after your pickup time that they haven’t even started the order, and then give you attitude and tell you they can’t refund the order when you cancel. Not even an apology, acknowledgment that they’re incompetent, nothing. Disputing the charge with the CC company, and done with Wingstop.
