Wings were good. They forgot my 2 large fries but remembered to put the 2 sides of cheese in the bag. Was 2 ⭐ but lowering it to 1 ⭐ because rather than Wingstop asking how they could make this right they just reached out to ask me to take a survey on their website. I already did a survey. It’s here.

Honestly, if the food wasnt my husband’s favorite comfort food, I would never want to come back here again! The first time I made this trip I had to wait almost 2 HOURS for my food. Saying that there was a mess up in the computer. Yep, I totally get that but after I brought it to their attention and we figured it out, it still took them an hour and a half. Needless to say I was mad. One of the cashier girls had made the drinks and didnt label them, when asked which one was which, she coped and attitude with me opened my drinks and smelled the soda inside the cups! Like im gonna drink that after your nose was on it?? Finally got home that time. Came in a second time today, ordered at the place this time so the computer didn’t have to glitch at all. And the girl I previously mentioned that ruined the drinks last time? She was there and straight up started to talk crap about me and what happened last time, again, the worst attitude and the WORST customer service. However I will hand it to her she did it in Spanish so im sure alot of her normal customers dont catch her talking crap, however im fluent in 3 languages Spanish being one of them. So yeah. I left with my food and I am leaving this here as well as bringing it up to corporate as well because that is DEFINITELY NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

The food here is absolutely amazing. They have many options for the flavors. Must try Hot honey rub. Staff are absolutely friendly and they keep the restaurant clean at all times.

Very rude entitled teenagers that work here. Every time I pick up an order here I get treated like I’m at the DMV. Just hand the order over and say “have a great day!”. It’s Wingstop if you don’t like working there find a better job. Sometimes you say something to these employees and they give you a blank stare . Maybe it’s discrimination I don’t know. I’m avoiding this place like the plague from now on. This happens way too often

Our go to favorite restaurant after hockey games for the last 4 years is losing its luster. The fries are awesome and the ranch is probably the best we’ve ever tasted. The boneless wings were tasty even though when we ordered our standard 15 wing combo with two flavors they now want to charge us for some of them plain. I was informed it’s only a $1 because plain is a flavor. Which makes no sense when if I had chosen Honey bbq they would have actually added a flavor. This may seem trivial but well like I said we’ve come here 4 plus years and have ordered the exact same thing. Lastly the buns were horrible tonight. They looked fresh and well buttered but they were dry to the point where we didn’t even bother eating them. I’d say we’ve only experienced sub-par food during our last few visits. We will be back but will probably seek out a new post game treat.
Update: we went back on a Saturday (12/15/2018) afternoon and it was much improved. It still doesn’t make up for the previous visit but it was better and I like to be as honest as possible.

they give you dry food except for when they put the sauce containers on top of your fries, getting condensation on them and making them soggy. the soda machine is terrible every time because they don’t replace or clean it. this place actually used to have standards and every time i’ve eaten here (which has been more sparingly since 2020) it has gotten worse. this wingstop is terrible, don’t order here.

Edit…I wrote one when they messed up, now I am writing about how they fixed things after the mistake. The manager reached out to me and apologized and asked how it could be made right. I’ve never had issues with anyone being rude or anything but courteous, so of course, that didnt change. When I went into the store tonight, they made the corrected order perfectly. It was fresh and hot, delicious, and exactly how I requested down to the quantity and detail. I know all of this because I checked the order before I left this time . Try the Hawaiian Ginger with a sprinkle of lemon pepper. So delish. Give them a shot! No one is perfect. Everyone makes mistakes, but how you fix it sticks out more than the mistake.
1st Post I’m confused on how this works….the math is not mathing all the way around. So two tenders are 2.29. 4 tenders are 7.29??? So I look at my receipt because the total seems off. I discover the difference in price. Just charge me for two sets of twos. We’ll I can’t give you a refund. No manager on duty. Ok. He apologized, but not his fault. The pricing is off on all levels. But here is where the fault lies. After all that and overcharging me, I dont get the other two tenders I paid 5 dollars for. Sent me on my merry hungry way with 2 tenders

Terrible service. This store is always very slow. Also had a bad experience the other day. I put my order in online went to pick my order up. Was told 7 more minutes waited at least 20 more. Then they almost gave my order to someone else doing a DoorDash order. They had to run out the front door and chase the guy down. I thought they checked the phones?? Very unhappy. Great food but terrible service.

BEST wing stop in years! I’ve ordered from so many and this location (I ordered through DoorDash) delivered FRESH food and fries were nice and crispy!!!! All other wing stops let me down good job team !

Horrible service. Ordered 20 boneless wings, showed up after the 22-30 min I was quoted. Wasted a half hour waiting for the order before cancelling it. Time is money and they just wasted a half hour of our time and produced no food. This place has serious management issues.
