Would not recommend if you have a baby.
We decided to try this location as we were driving through Sioux City. Overall no wow. The main disappointment was that the bathroom has no baby changing station. Luckily my wife had a solution to avoid changing a baby on the concrete floor, however I can’t imagine changing a baby on a concrete floor. The restaurant had no garbages inside, but there was a garbage in the hallway. The food itself was okay. We ordered on the app and I wish there was an option for extra seasoning/sauce. The street corn has an option for light seasoning or extra seasoning. However the wings just have the ability to order extra well done. Both of my wings flavors seems to be light on seasoning.

I’m not trying to be mean but this was easily the worst wing restaurant I have ever had. The wings were over cooked, little yo no seasoning for flavor. They do love paprika and cheyene pepper and that seems to be their base fir a rub. I am sure the blue cheese dip was bad and the place was cold even with a winter coat on. The workers were not rude but as blane as the flavor on my wings. This was my very first experience as well as my very last! I recommend you drive past this joint

Last 2 times I’ve gone there the food has been cold they forget the ranch? Like easy stuff. Went there today to give them another chance online order….came to get 20 minutes later food was cold smelled like throw-up literally couldn’t even eat it. It looks like they pulled it out of the garbage disgusting! My 15 year old daughter agreed being that I was clearly biased so gross never again wingstop!

Total disappointment. I used to order from here all the time but today was the final order from here. After multiple chances they can’t ever get anything right. Wings under cooked , never enough sauce , food cold, even after having to pay for flats only they can’t get that done either . It’s always something. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Don’t waste your time or money! Even online orders are late and old and orders are wrong. Had to wait 15 minutes over pickup time for this old, dry, no sauce and wrong orders with a staff that has zero customer service and care. Second time going same both time months apart. $40 lunch down the drain.

The crew here did a real nice job taking care of us! Under promised and over delivered it was great? Nothing obviously wrong here, everything was in order, place was in nice, clean and neat. Staff was good back guys kicked butt(they got the 5 star on service)and food was good and hot. It did seem pretty busy but now that I know I know. Would recommend for good quick bite when you don’t want fast food but quick on the is also option here. Im not fond of the role of paper towels instead of napkins but it makes sense!

I’ve had Wingstop in Omaha at several different locations it was always so good!! Umm all I can say about this one is..WHAT THE HELL ARE THEY DOING!!?? The food I got was cold from the jump, I don’t know when they started serving chicken chunks!!?? I ordered 5 piece tenders and…well just look at the pics!! I checked the bags when I got in the car, they didn’t give me any of the sauce I ordered, nor did they give me the ranch that was supposed to come with the tenders. Yes I absolutely went back in for it, but I should have left it…it tasted nothing like what Wingstop ranch is supposed to taste like (if you know you know!! Wingstop is known for the ranch) Wasted time waiting for the food, wasted money!! They seriously need to get it together…sadly this location is making Wingstop look poorly! I thought that waiting to go and giving the store time to get into a groove was the thing to do…I was horribly wrong.

I waited until they were established several months to try Sioux City Wingstop for my first time. I’ve ordered mobile app about 4 times and it has been excellent every time. This place is ALWAYS busy so be prepared for a 20-30 min wait. My app always says 27+ min but it’s usually ready in 15 min when I arrive. Wingstop has the BEST ranch dip, hands down. I LOVE that I can order the veggies (carrots & celery)instead of fries. It is a generous serving and I always have a 2nd meal with leftovers from either the 6 pc boneless or 3 piece strips $10 meal deal, well worth it! My favorite flavors so far are Lemon Pepper, Mexican Street Corn and Hawaiian. Customer service has been excellent. You’re always greeted upon entering and the crew sounds like they’re having fun, which is great to hear. Tiny dining area is the only downfall, but they seem to be 90% carryout/ delivery.

Got carry out and it was made pretty quickly, was very disappointed to have gotten the large veggies for $3.5 and have it be 4 celery sticks. Wings tasted ok, not as crispy as I would have liked. Fries were good, sauces were good.
