I placed an order online and went to pick it up with my fiancé. I stayed in the car with our dogs while he ran in to grab the food (which was ready because we showed up 10 minutes after ready time). He walked up to the counter and the employee asked him if he had a pick-up, he said yes, for Amanda. She said its not ready yet and walked away. Didn’t even check the rack. He waited 10 more minutes, to which I then went inside because at this time its been 30 minutes since they were done. They were cleaning while blaring trap music and a different girl walked up and asked if I was making an order or picking up. I told her my name and she immediately went and grabbed my bag THAT HAD BEEN ON THE SHELF THE ENTIRE TIME! It was clear as day that the ONLY reason they didn’t help my fiance is because he’s a white male. As soon as I went in, I got it immediately. This is utter racial discrimination and I am livid. I WILL NOT be back! To the black lady with the red dreads, hope you have the day you deserve!

This is the worse Wingstop I’ve been too, it’s like if you don’t speak Spanish then they treat you like crap. it should be a policy that you don’t text on your phone with bare hands in the area that you’re serving food. Disgusting for sure.. Also It would be nice if the counter per could understand English especially taking orders…

The food was good! We got wings and the fried corn. The server was very nice and patient, we had never been to wingstop before so he helped answer any questions we had.
It’s a good quiet place to get a late night bite to eat. We went around 11:45pm. After we finished up at the haunt.
My only complaint would be the drink machine was out of ice which is a pretty small complaint to be honest. I’d definitely recommend you stop in if you’re hungry

The cashier that was taking orders at the counter today…. She needs a serious attitude adjustment. Body language nasty, argumentative, eye rolling and flat out rude!!! I order from Uber Eats often and I frequent here with my daughter either before or after she gets out of practice. I’m disappointed. I had to remove myself from the establishment so I wouldn’t flip out on this child and give her the same energy that she is giving off. Young workers… if you don’t have a positive attitude you need to find work where you are not dealing with customers, because some of us don’t take to kind to disrespect of that nature. You get the same energy you give don’t forget that.

I’d give zero stars if that was an option. I ordered food from them through Uber Eats, my order was missing 30 wings. I contacted Uber and they said to reach out to the store, I called the store and they promised a refund, when it didn’t come again I called and again I was promised a refund. When it still did not come I called a third time and was told that it was Uber’s fault and that they lied when they promised a refund. Then when I asked for the number for the district manager they supplied a dummy voicemail number like it was some kind of joke. In all my life this has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and that’s saying alot considering I’m a comcast customer.

IDK WHOS BEEN LYING TO ME. NEVER ORDER GARLIC PARM HERE!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered here for the first time. I never been so disappointed in food.. I got the 6 piece GARLIC PARM and it was the most blandest wings I ever had. I order garlic parm wings all the time so I was expecting a sauce on them… nope…. How does one mess up garlic parm that bad. it’s not covered in sauce, it seems they cook it in garlic and just sprinkle Parmesan on top. It’s way too oily, and little to no parm. I probably would have been better off ordered plain wings than this! Not only that but the fries were not that good either, I got just the regular fry seasoning. Not good at all. I gave everything I ordered to my boyfriend since he doesn’t mind.

Drove over 45 mins to get some wing stop only to be disappointed. Restaurant was dirty, food was sloppy, and cold. Customer service was meh. Was expecting an actual chicken sandwich but got stricken strip sandwich instead. Fries were soggy would have been good if they were fresh the seasoning on the fries was good.

I love wings and this spot is close by, I love all the sauces and the homemade ranch. I don’t care for the service it is lacking in professionalism and it doesn’t matter what time or when I come in. My food however generally comes out pretty fresh and consistent in flavor.
