Took about 5 mins to even be acknowledged when standing at the counter for a pick up finally got my food and drinks to find out half of the soda was out and when I mentioned it they didn’t even care, left made it to the light and decided hey I should probably check my order based on the lousy service. Opened the bag to find that they decided to put the order of 10 flavored wing that were two different flavors stacked on top of each other in a tiny box and then put the remaining 10 unflavored wings in a big box and forgot my seasoned fries. Went back to get my fries to be ignored again for a few minutes, I explained to her I was missing the fries and asked why they didn’t package the wings differently. For her to just blanky stare back at me like she couldn’t grasp the conversation. Then bring me a thing of fries in a container made for eating in… I ask her to put it in a box cause I need to bring it home.. it’s a To-go order.. then to get home to cold soggy wings and unseasoned burnt to a crisp fries. Had an emergency had to order late last night upon arrival to pick up my order. I watched them mix up the wings just by throwing them in the basket and throwing some sauce over them and closing it not mixing it up in the bowls like they normally do got home-and realized they shorted me on both My orders of wings, only by four or five wings but when you pay $50 for the wings and you tip you expect to get everything you pay for and for it to be done right

Ordered honey bbq wings and got plain cold boneless wings without a drop of sauce on them, then refused to replace them with honey barbecue. I don’t recommend ever going here. They’re very rude and the service is terrible. They treat their customers very badly.

i love wingstop but these employees can’t get an order right to save their lives, if you order take out, you should check to make sure they get your order right because the last 5 times they didn’t. i don’t know why i am expected to tip 18% on a take out order when they never get it right literally ever. i dont tip here anymore and im now just going to a different location, im sick of them not even caring that they got it wrong, “fixing” it, then mine and everybody else’s food is cold by that point. not what i paid for.

Today’s experience goes like this… Ordered online through WingStop which is the “preferred way” apparently. Ordered 10 boneless, 10 classic, and a fry. Confirmation email came at 6:30 with an estimate 13-18 minute pickup. Arrived in about 15 minutes. Asked if the order was ready… Not ready yet. Fine. Noticed the TV with orders/names (my order was …..072), maybe 7 orders on the screen when I arrived with 3 of the numbers lower than mine, sit down and start watching. 73 goes, 76, 69, 75, 71, 78, 80, 74, 79, 70, 82… Finally I ask if they make the orders in numerical order (knowing they don’t because I’m watching them not do that) and the girl goes “no, I’m not sure why they’re not doing them in order.” She then asks what my name was and hollers to the line that they needed to get my order out because I was waiting for 37 minutes. I walked out with my food after a 45 minute wait. Fries were cold when I tried them on the way to my car but knew it wasn’t worth the battle. The girl did say sorry and have a nice day. I try not to dog on places but that was a frustrating experience. The only saving grace is that the wings were hot.

One of the worst places I’ve ever eaten. First, they got the order wrong. I ordered carrots and they were old. The wings I ordered were burnt and had no sauce at all. The people there look at you like you’re doing me a favor. I don’t recommend it. There are better places to eat than this mess.

The item I ordered was a dry rub, and the order they gave me was a sauced wing.
I understand that everybody has bad days, but two mistakes and no offer to correct before the food was even started. There are enough wing places in this town with better service, I don’t need to go here again.
Wing Doozy around the corner is a much better bet.

Ordered 30 wings and a side of fries through DoorDash. While we had received everything we ordered, the food was a bit disappointing. The wings seemed to be over cooked as they were super dry- it seriously felt like we were eating jerky. When I got home and opened the bag, it seemed as though everything was just thrown in the bag. There were wings at the bottom of the bag and sauce dripping down the sides of the takeout box.
