The food is great here but the weight is a quite significant if you’re trying to get lunch as a walk-in. It would be best to call in your order so that it’s ready when you get there. It will take 15 minutes or more to get an order if you don’t.

So today was my first journey into a Wingstop. I ordered the Korean heat chicken sandwich with fries. First off I love a great chicken sandwich, so if your looking for that here you won’t find it. To start with the bun on their chicken sandwich seems more like a tuff roll then a nice soft bun. The chicken itself is mediocre at best and combined with their choice of bun…not a great combination. Next let’s talk.about the flavor or lack of. Being they have only 4 sauce hotter the the Korean heat I was expecting to wowed with some good flavor and heat which I love.I was shocked by almost no heat and lake luster flavor. The only shining part of my order was the fries. The fries were cooked well with food crunch and not over flavored. The service while semi friendly, moved at 1 speed and that was molasses in Antarctica speed. So if your craving a chicken sandwich I would recommend Wendy’s over Wingstop any day of the week. I can’t speak on the wings here as I have never tried them. But do not waste your time with and of their chicken sandwiches.

Great wings both bone in and boneless with unique flavor options. The fries are wonderful as well. We ordered to go and ate them on the beach. There’s a really nice trail nearby. I like that they’re open late as we were in the area on vacation and lost track of time.

My daughter loves wing stop so at least once a week we are there. Food is good but not great and the staff are not welcoming at all. They look as if they hate life and everyone that walks through the door. Atmosphere aand service is horrible. If there was another wing stop by us I would go there but the closets one is in Grand rapids

I watched them prepare & package food w no gloves on. It gets worse… as I sat there in wait, I watched 2 of the three employees playing on a cell phone. When the worker noticed me he sho ed the phone away & went to working but never washed his hands nor did the other one. Disgusting!! They are touching the inside of your packaging w contaminated hands. They also have door dashers get your soda. W the lids being upside down your lid is being touched by their dirty hands!! Just yuck!

Came in to place an order and the cooks in the back had to yell at the man to take my order because he was too busy listening to his AirPods and playing on his phone to do his job. I just walked out and never will order anything from this store again. Previous time I went there my fry’s were soggy and gross and I had to swat flys away from the pop machine and away from my drink, worse staff I ever seen I can’t even imagine the gross stuff we don’t see.

The wings and loaded fries were pretty good .
15 piece combo for 2 was plenty of food to satisfy our hunger. ☺️. Pop machine tastes flat but I’m sure that will get taken care of. They just opened a week ago, and I would say it was good service for just opening. Give them a break people!

The ordering process is easy and quick. Just use the Wing Stop website to order. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich with pickles and a large side of extra crispy fries.
The chicken sandwich was perfect and tasted great. The fries, on the other hand, were not good at all. They were not crispy and not fully cooked (raw in the center) My opinion is they either put too many fries in the oil and it dropped the oil temperature to low or the fryer is not big enough to handle the amount of fries ordered. Anyway, they were oil logged, rubbery, and not good.
Service was OK, nothing to write home about.
The atmosphere was dark. It was clean. Same thing, nothing to get excited about.
Just my experience, give them a try. See for yourself.
