My first time there was great. The gentleman at the counter was nice and I ordered a chicken sandwich meal with the Cajun rub. The sandwich was delicious, and the fries were amazing. For only $9 it can’t be beat. I left full and happy.
There isn’t much inside dining area with only three tables but we got a table and it was fine. The food took a while to come out because of other carry out orders ahead of us but our food was hot and fresh. Overall I’d say well done.

Spent over 50$ on this just for the wings to not be edible extremely hard and dried out when I called up to speak to a manager they laughed and the one kid said he was told him what happened and asked if I could just bring all the food in as fries where undercooked missing the carrot sticks I ordered missing the ranch I ordered and the wings where hard enough u could break ur teeth on them he laughed and said can u just go on the app and refund urself ? After I said it don’t work that way he said come in the morning that their actually isn’t a manager their this type of behavior is not okay and this type of food could get the health inspector to shut it down I don’t need all these games I just want my money and they can take this inedible food back

Wingstop in Benton Harbor, Michigan, recently exceeded my expectations! The convenience of their late hours paired with delicious food made for an impressive experience. What an eye-opening experience!
Food: I ordered the buffalo wings along with their fresh-cut fries, and both were outstanding. The wings were tasty but a bit oily. However, I was particularly blown away by the fries! They were fresh, perfectly seasoned, and I appreciated the little bits of potato skin. Honestly, I could see myself returning just for those fries—they’re that good!
The service was commendable as well. While the restaurant isn’t primarily set up for dine-in, there are benches available if you prefer to eat on-site. The staff was patient and helpful as I made my way through the menu options.
The atmosphere was both clean and welcoming, featuring decor that reflects the Wingstop brand, which I found appealing.
Overall, Wingstop has officially made it onto my list of go-to places for wings and fries. I was pleasantly surprised by my visit and glad I decided to try their food. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, I truly believe it’s worth it!

I absolutely loved this place! The people working were very friendly. Our food was delicious. Honestly, they made the best bone in wings I’ve ever had. They were crunchy yet juicy & they were pretty large wings. The fries were very tasty as well. I recommend the voodoo fries! My husband had two chicken sandwiches & he said they were good, but he wished the lemon pepper seasoning wasn’t a dry rub and more of a sauce. He said the mango habenero wasn’t that spicy, but he likes spicy food. The building was very clean and seemed to be taken care of. I wish there was one closer to my house… but maybe it’s a good thing it’s not because I would go there constantly!

My wife placed an online order at 7:15 and said website said 15-20 minutes to pickup. I get to the Wingstop and around 7:30. Tell the cashier the name for pickup and she briefly looked and didn’t see our order. Tells me they’re still working on it. Nearly 15 minutes later someone in an actual Wingstop shirt asks me if I was waiting and I said yes, I’m still here waiting. He then asks that cashier, who was not in uniform, what was the name for my order. She says she didn’t know. He then asks again and she yells out she didn’t know the name of my order. He then asks me what was the name of my order and I tell him. He walks to where the orders are waiting and sees the bag with my wife’s name on it! This place has no sense of urgency and is disorganized. I look at where they were cooking and they were just talking lackluster while many customers were waiting for food. Soggy fries is what they serve and cold food. Recommend you stay away from this place. Hard to fathom how it stays in business.

So I guess ordering an hour before closing means you’re going to end up with food that hasn’t been picked up or cancelled. My delivery order wasn’t “fresh” at all. My fries were dark, which I didn’t request, but they were dark as cooked in old grease, or have just been sitting, along with the chicken.
The chicken wasn’t fresh, instead it was stale. Which means it’s been sitting. And not freshly cooked.
Ordered at 10:30 ,It arrives at 11:20 , called at 11:40 and placed on hold…as of course in hopes of me hanging up because they close at 12anyway ♀️
So whoever was on kitchen and the phone from 10:30pm to 11:40 pm on July 16th needs to be revaluated or fired.

I used to enjoy this location… however in recent months the quality has gone downhill drastically. They do not have any consistency whatsoever and the accuracy is hit or miss. My orders are usually wrong one way or another, and while most of the time it’s minor issues, it shouldn’t happen this often. If it wasn’t for the ranch, the chicken is honestly MID.
