First time eating at a wing stop and they’re doing it right here. Very welcoming and kind employees. Moses had a smile on, greeting every single person who walked in (even though the patrons may not respond). Wings were delicious, as were the fries.
We got the Original Hot and Louisiana Rub (great flavor). Perfectly seasoned fries as well.

Food isn’t bad but nothing special. Regular old chicken with a lot of fancy spice. Not a clean place. Every unused table had not been wiped down. Was not super busy either. Personnel were friendly and fast. I won’t be in any hurry to return.

Wings overcooked to the point where only about 1/3 was edible, fries were drowned in salt so bad its like they dunked each individual fry in a bag of salt. I’ve had wings from here a few times now, trying to give it another chance after repeated let downs, and of the handful of times ive been here, only once were my wings cooked rights and the fries were good. Won’t be back again.

Ordered Superbowl food early to make sure we had it in time. Got there to pick it up, they were running over 20 mkn minutes late. Food was great, manager was overwhelmed and short with customers and staff. Totally understand being frustrated, but its not the customer’s fault . Food was incredible.

I Pre-ordered on the app for delivery the next day. Order was only for 15 traditional wings, with 2 different spicy sauces ($24.92 total including driver tip). Order that arrived was labeled correctly but contained totally wrong items, all in a butter-Parmesan sauce, and cold. I called the store and was told they couldn’t replace the order with the correct wings unless I drove to the store to pick them up (which I was unable to do). Instead, they offered to refund the order to my credit card within 3 days. It’s now been 5 days, with no refund. And the Customer Service number published for WingStop is bogus & inoperative. Their website only allows you to leave general feedback with a 3rd party site.
If you order here, better hope they get it right, cuz you’re not getting a replacement delivery or your money back! Deleting the app & putting them on blast everywhere. Be better, WingStop.
Update 11/8: Changing my rating here to reflect that after posting my complaints to their 3rd party customer comment site, I got a call from a WingStop rep who apologized for my inconvenience and refunded my card. Still wary about ordering online if errors can’t be corrected with a replacement delivery, but I’m open to buying again directly at the store.

Chicken was half done. Tasted like rubber. No flavor (lemon pepper or buffalo). Fries were very greasy like they were double dipped in the fryer. Patiently waited 1.5hr for my order just to get home and not be able to enjoy my meal. The only thing that was edible was the RANCH DRESSING.

Overall had a good experience here. Ordered online for a pickup order, app said it would be done in about an hr. Arrived about an hour later and the food was ready.
It was a bit crazy inside (being new that’s understandable). It did take a minute or two for someone to get to us while we waited at the register.
We had never eaten at a Wingstop so we decided to get the Summer of Flavor Bundle. We ended up getting three sauces with the wings, mild, hickory smoked BBQ and garlic parmesan. The mild and hickey smoked BBQ were great, but I would pass on the garlic parm. The fries were mediocre and the corn was pretty good.
Some things to keep in mind is the parking, we ended up just parking in the back and there was trash laid about around the parking lot too.
Will for sure be back again!
