This was honestly the unhealthiest food we’ve ever had. The wings were extremely low quality, overly greasy, and had a bad smell—like old oil and reused grease. The fries were just as bad: soggy, greasy, and poor quality.
It was so bad that we threw half of it away because it was completely uneatable. Even the place itself smelled like old grease. Nothing about this meal was enjoyable. It wasn’t even close to Buffalo Wild Wings or any other wing place I’ve tried. There is literally nothing good about this food to mention.

I’m an out-of-towner and I wanted some Wingstop, and Lamar Javon and Jayla really helped me get exactly what I wanted. Their service was outstanding—they were super friendly, attentive, and made sure I felt welcome even though I wasn’t from around there. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find that kind of genuine care and quick service, and it definitely made me want to come back again.

Hardly ever do I leave bad reviews, but for this place I wish it was possible to leave 0 stars. I came in on friday, september 26th after my football game to get a “quick” sandwich. Little did I know, I would have to wait 40 minutes for one singular sandwich. When I got it, I had to remind the worker at the register that I ordered my food, and she didn’t even tell me it was finished and prepared. They gave me a free cup, but to no surprise, there were dead flies in my drink after I went to the bathroom. The restaurant itself is very sticky, and has mold in the corners of the restaurant. I was hoping the food would at least be good, but to no surprise it was cold and hard. I didn’t even eat 3 bites of it, and I woke up this morning with symptoms of salmonella. I have been bedridden all day with symptoms that require medical urgency. Absolutely ridiculous. Do better.

RUDE! This was my first time going to wing stop ….i stopped in to get place a carry out and the man who came to take order was being very short, pushy and rude. We ended up walking out and going to the Waterford location where the service was as polite and helpful. Wings were great.

Walked in and placed an order for 30 wings that took about 45 minutes for them to make. The wings were marginal at best and I’ve had much better at other places.
Decided to eat inside the restaurant. The place is FILTHY and DISGUSTING! From the tables to the floor and walls, there is dirt and grease everywhere. As you are walking around this place, the floor is sticky! It’s the first and the last time that I will ever go into this place. There are so many better and cleaner places to go buy your chicken wings from. Don’t bother with this place.

We ordered wings to watch the Super Bowl with friends – pickup order. As usual, something was missing from the order. My wife expected that so she check and asked the order to be complete. Then, this time it was obvious the veggies were not cleaned or cut. We received a carrot cut only in half with dirt spots all over. Horrible experience

I placed an online order at 11:10 p.m., and it’s almost 12:40 a.m. and I’m still here. 2 minutes ago, they finally delivered my order, and it was a strange thing I didn’t order: leftover nuggets, 4 half-cooked wings, and two kilos of fries with cheese?!!
Dude, I only ordered 10 wings without sauce and a chicken sandwich. This is incredible. I normally avoid eating at these types of restaurants because this is common. But this is the last straw: waiting 2 hours for my dinner? Now it’s my breakfast!

Believe the poor reviews! In my 35 years on earth I have never seen a restaurant so hilariously bad at serving their customers. This is one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. Not just wing places, I mean restaurants in general. We have ordered from here on 5 separate occasions over the last year and every single time, without fail, the order was wrong. Ordered classic, got boneless. Ordered boneless, got classic. Wrong sauces every time as well. Other people’s orders put in our bag with our order missing. Aside from this, the order also somehow takes forever. For two items. Every order took at least 40 minutes longer than the estimate FOR PICKUP. And then you go in and see 4 separate people standing around doing nothing seemingly in a stupor, with garbage and dirt all over the floor. Your shoes stick to the tile because apparently they’ve never seen a mop. And let’s not forget they “can’t do refunds”. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Never eating here again.
