First-time customer. I believe that the traditional wings are the best around. The seasoned fries were a different experience for us, but they were delicious! The chicken strips were very good, too. Ordered online and went to pick it up. Staff was friendly and they were in the middle of making my order, so it was hot and fresh! The store was spotlessly clean. This place has earned a new customer.

Put order in at 4:30pm Super Bowl Sun. They said order would be ready at 5:05-5:20pm. Got there the place was slammed only people getting orders were Door dash. Waited 1/2hr and was told my order was going to be another hour.Canceled my order. If you can’t fill my order by your stated time you lied to me. Another lady put her order in for 5pm LAST Tuesday and she never got her order. So I don’t need your lies anymore

Hands down the best wings in Downriver! We placed a large order of 500 wings for an event, and they turned out amazing crispy, flavorful, and loved by everyone. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend and will absolutely return!

It’s always a sign when a store has less than 3 stars but you go ” I’ll give them a shot” then you see why..they checked out order before we left said everything was there. We got home….nope. and the fries were not good ( sitting around for too long and had that crinkled look) and were only warmish. So unless the owner or mgmt turn this place around skip it

I ordered a 10 piece wing, and the 5 bbq wings were good full wings but the garlic parm were NOT 5 wings. That’s like 4.2 wings (pic for reference)
fries were absolutely terrible. I asked for well done and they’re just burnt soggy fries. They need to let the grease drain before serving. Also my chicken sandwich had no pickles so I asked the man for a side of pickles and he proceeds to basically threaten me and says “there’s 3 things you don’t mess with a mechanic a doctor and a cook” so I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come while that man is working wish I had gotten his name but he had a durag on that’s all I remember. Super unprofessional to make a comment like that when all I asked for was pickles bc they forgot to put them on my sandwich…..

Absolutely ridiculous. Order took forever to make and the delivery driver waited too long, so he left. Then I called to pick up my own order and there was another driver there to pick it up and I had no idea. I had to snatched it out of his hands after he argued about who I was. Food not good enough to deal with that mess! Never again.

I’ve been to Wingstop before, so when my boyfriend and I decided to go to the woodhaven location – I was excited – when we walked in a couple was waiting to be served and had been waiting for a little bit, about 10 minutes later someone came to the front to help them – than help us – there was a tone of inconvenience from the person serving us… issue one. Issue two: we get our drink cups, sit down and we waited 25+ minutes for our food, we weren’t alone in this – there were other people who were waiting when we walked in who were still waiting until just before we got our food!! When we got it – the chicken tenders were way over seasoned, the fries were pretty cold and my boyfriends wings were below par… issue 3: we could see into the kitchen where we were sat and the workers were ON THEIR PHONES than touching food, no gloves, no handwashing, etc. – id like to believe that is a huge health code violation due to cross contamination and bacteria spreading. Unfortunately – we won’t be back to this location ….

Food was good but when I called to place an order I got hung up on for no reason which I just wanted to be able to go and pick up my order I had been working all day end up having to go in to order crew member was on his phone which is no problem unless you have customers I work in fast food my self least the food was good though lol
