Ordered online to get 2 free tenders. Two workers were visible, one cooking the other standing with her back to the register looking in her phone. A customer walked in after me, no one addressed her for 5 minutes. The cooked asked was this an online order, she said no. Silence for 3 more minutes, then the lady finally said, “We’re only taking online orders at this time, it’s only two of us here “. It wasn’t even busy! Tenders were hot, fries cold.

The wings and seasoned fries outstanding!
They were exactly what I ordered and I absolutely delicious! The issue that I find alarming is at the restaurant is absolutely filthy! The windows are filthy. The door handles are filthy. The walls are dirty. The floors are so disgusting. You stick to them as you walk throughout the whole restaurant, not just by the pop station. There’s trash on the floor. Tables were dirty. Even chairs were dirty. The counters were dirty. They had a large trash bin by where they’re serving food to customers picking up the food that was overflowing. Their pop station was coded in dried sticky syrup and lids were everywhere spilled pop and iced tea were dripping from the counter.
The appearance of the interior and exterior of this particular Wingstop was that of a store that did not pass a health inspection. My prayer is that the back kitchen area that is out of view is cleaner than what you could see. I will not be ordering from this particular Wing. Stop again, as cleansliness is incredibly important when it comes to food service.
That being said they are very friendly, very kind and the food did taste delicious! I just tried not to think about how filthy restaurant was.

dre is the goat!!!! he is so amazing and kind. made our experience so great on this crazy snowy day. the team did well as always, food so fresh and crispy, and any issues immediately corrected!! i appreciate you guys so much. best wingstop location (canton sucks in comparison lol)

Genuinely the greatest wing stop oat. i ordered a 4 piece with a ranch and they threw in like 2 or 3 extra chicken(i ate it too fast to count) and an extra ranch. Genuinely made my week so much better everyone should give this place all their money so goated plus with dashpass i only had to pay 7 dollars plus tip which really made my broke self happy.

Troy did a great job. I had a small issue with my order, and he handled it promptly and professionally. I could see his team working hard to get orders out on time, and it really showed. Their accountability and positive attitudes go a long way. Troy and his team are clearly doing things the right way, I can’t say enough good things about them.

To the blk flamboyant guy with the glasses that took my order last night at 7pm ., yo attitude towards myself & the other customers that came in was very disrespectful.
Getting loud & disrespectful with customers is normal for you due to how comfortable you was with your nasty mouth….
Unfortunately with the disrespect you openly give towards people will cost Wing customers due to your attitude. I hope the Wing owner will investigate this employee towards customers because I’m sure this is often that this is happening to customers daily like myself.
So don’t be surprised if he goes off on you on a drop of a dime over asking him a question or just for walking into the store.

This is crazy..I ordered my food over the phone..(app took 45 mins last time after was given 25 mins pick uptime) was told 20 mins to pick up, I gave them 25 mins..I arrived and had to wait an additional 15 mins. I received order & checked order to find all of my order wasn’t in the bag. I tell guy it wasnt there he checked and told me goes in back tells me it’s he dropped more food. I tried to ask how much longer the wait while the food is ordered was getting cold while as I ordered my food @7:40 & it was now 8:15pm. I had my 10 y/o grandkid & wife waiting in truck. He got an instant attitude talking over me and took off his glasses as if to fight..I’m like wow dude. He’s like 6’3 with some weight & I’m 5’11 w/ stage 4 lung disease (im not fighting anyone)..but fighting over some chicken is hilarious. Two other Customers witnessed situation, I asked did I say something wrong to you sir? Again all I’m asking about is the longer wait time. Another customer say we have been waiting a long time (while people were dancing in the back) and the way you are talking to people is wrong & you prolly won’t have this job long. The guy @ register says he don’t need the job and tell us you aren’t just leaving here with the chicken. Nobody asked for free chicken. He has more words with other customer & comes from behind counter & gets into customer face to fight. Customer warns him, but worker doesn’t back down I guess becuz of his size. So they step outside & worker see sees he has a gun on his hip, come back inside & calls Livonia PD & tell them I have 2 irate customers in restaurant & need help. 6 Police show up & detain us, I tell them our version, but they put other guy in cuffs to only find out he has a CCW. Now my wife in place & grandkid in truck crying. Another worker comes over & asks what wrong I tell him I did not receive my whole order & all this jumped off from that, same thing I told police. He tries to fix problem, & gives us some extra tenders becuz now its 8:30. I never asked to compensated, just wanted to know how much longer. This guy is the big tall black guy with the glasses..he’s rude & will berate customers even if Wingstop was wrong for not having orders correct. Just know it can happen to anyone in there. Terrible customer service from this so called Manager & the fact that he came from behind the counter, stepped in a customers face & then followed him outside to fight is ridiculous..Listen..this world is crazy, what if I was that guy who went outside & came back with a gun to settle or the other customer pulled his weapon to settle the matter becuz a manager/ worker was being disrespectful & shot the manager over some chicken. It’s happening all over the news, & happening for no good reason.. Wingstop has to do better with the way this person is treating people. This is not the 1st review of customers getting treated badly in that Wingstop.

I ordered 50 bone in wings and a 20 piece corn. I received two EMPTY containers and 10 boneless wings with some fries. Not at all what I ordered and who puts empty containers in an order and says here you go? Would never order from this location again.

I ordered a 10 piece of plain and Louisiana Rub. There was little to no sauce on the wings for my Louisiana Rub. I read earlier they need ‘Fire and Re-hire’ and I couldn’t agree more. Get these jokers out of here. Making the brand look real bad right now.
