It’s currently 10:30pm March 9. The workers took 10-15 minutes to grab ranch from the fridge next to them meanwhile I was waiting next to the counter seeing only one order on the screen. As soon as a black lady walked in the workers stopped frying the fries and started talking to the black woman that entered the store. They were talking “trash” about a white worker, I heard the black lady saying bad stuff about a “white lady worker” with the black workers. And I was standing there as if I didn’t exist (only wanted my ranch that’s all no order under my name). Is this the “black” community? Is this how businesses are ran by the blacks? Definitely is. The stereotype is actually real! Very surprising seeing it in person rather than online through a screen. What a shame. 10-15 minutes to grab ranch from the fridge meanwhile only one order is on the screen. Keep it up! This will definitely give your “black community” much love from every race/ethnicity. We will all think you’re awesome and high IQ (lol).

If I could give a 0 star, I would. My family was extremely excited that this wings stop location had halal, got the bone in, got home… and this is what our wings looked like.
If we wanted seafood boil, would of went to red lobster. Skin of chicken was rubbery. This place needs NEW employees. They were very hard to talk to, rude, using their phones while working.

I visited the local Wingstop today to get my son some lunch and encountered a minor system error, for some reason, my food order never came through. However, I was fortunate to be greeted by three extraordinary team members who exemplified kindness, compassion, and professionalism throughout my experience. Not only were they courteous to me, but they also extended their warmth and politeness to my son, which I truly appreciated.
It disheartens me to see negative reviews, as I believe that every situation is unique. What I learned today is that kindness is a two-way street. Approaching others with respect generates a positive atmosphere, and I believe that it’s essential for customers to recognize the hard work and dedication of the staff. My respectful demeanor was met with genuine warmth and understanding from the team, who could have easily dismissed my concerns but instead went above and beyond to resolve the issue swiftly and efficiently.
I want to extend a heartfelt thanks to these fantastic individuals for preparing a delicious meal for my son and for their exemplary service. Their commitment to customer care deserves commendation! Thank you for making our visit a delightful one. I have worked as a Customer Service Care Specialist for 8 years- My job is to teach people how to have exceptional customer service. Staff is friendly and management is exceptional on the evening shift. Location seems to be very busy but they push orders out quickly according to cook times. No complaints other than tables needing be a little cleaner. Food is good and cooked to order

I was picking up an order and the kid who works at night was very disrespectful to people around me when they spell the name they are picking it up in a nasty way .. i asked him for him name and he refused to give it to me , i asked his colleague the short lady with curly hair and he didn’t answer me too as she started mumbling and shaking her head .. i am multi unit manager at the restaurant business and this young guy shouldn’t work at a hospitality business at all ..

My daughter rode a power scooter to get food and asked the worker there several times to put her carry out in a plastic bag, but was ignored. Long story short, food was on the sidewalk before she ever got to eat any. A little customer service goes a long way!
