Got dinner here on Monday at 630 they weren’t busy, they had 4 orders on the tv screen. Just getting the excuse of them being busy out of the way. Picked my food up had a 7 minute ride home and the wings are trash. Worst wings I ever had. Hard as a rock and dry. The fries were good though but I didn’t go for the fries. People were polite but food was terrible.I added a video so you can see how dry and hard they are!

Placed an order for 5 people, missing all the dips (6 sides) for tenders and wings, food cold, missing 2 drinks, and wings barely had sauce. Called to see if dips and drinks can be credited. Timothy- the manager said no, he can write it down but he is “firm” that we need to drive there to get missing items. That’s a hugw inconvenience. Definitely wish I wouldve waited to consider a tip.Over an 80 dollar order and tip. Its crazy that he was rude and unflexible about making the order right. He actually proceeded to hang up on me when I said a credit in the book for our dips and drinks is not helpful. Credits written in the book get lost and they question you when you come in. This is very disappointing and not how customers should be taken care of.

I ordered a 10 piece boneless, 5 in lemon pepper, and 5 in the spicy Korean style.
I also ordered a classic buffalo sandwich, and of course the ranch.
I had it delivered, so I can’t speak to the atmosphere but my food arrived on time, warm, and with no issues. So I’ll call it a win all around

They are nice when you walk in and always correct mistakes when food is brought back but the problem is it ALWAYS has to be brought back. Wings barely have any seasoning or sauce every time. I pay for extra dips and don’t get them. Once or twice the whole order was wrong. Another time I took it back to have it corrected. Got back home and it was STILL WRONG. Which was probably my fault for not checking a second time but who would have thought it still wouldn’t be right. If they put more time into bagging the correct orders and actually SEASONING and SAUCING the wings it would be better.

Came in for and order on 6-27-24, problem with the cash register she had to find someone to fix it and he was out back..out of the store, while we were sitting there a customer asked for their money back, should’ve been a sign…25 min order up, sandwich missing, had to go back in for it, was told the ranch is in the boxes..no ranch, cold fries, 30 bucks, don’t waste your time they obviously need some management here. The tenders were decent so 3 stars for that.

Never again!!! Today was only the second time I’ve ordered from this location. Both times I placed online orders through the Wingstop website. Both times the confirmation email said my food would be ready in 15-20 minutes. The first time my good took 35 minutes. Today took an ENTIRE HOUR! I sat in the restaurant for 45 minutes waiting for my food along with a long line of other folks. And the manager never came out to address any of the customers waiting. We weren’t offered anything for our wait or anything! The store was staffed with 5 team members but they just seem to work very inefficiently. I’m never coming to this location again.
