I ordered about 30 boneless wings all different flavors – we got ones that tasted old and sour. We usually order the same thing from the Dequinder location but the app changed it to the Hoover one for the first time. We got there on time but our food tasted cold like it had been sitting out for awhile. Oh and half the wings were super tiny. Not worth $35 and getting ones that tasted stale.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars for my experience on 1/16/2026. Ordered my food on Uber Eats and received it sooo salty and seasoned to the point of the food being difficult to eat for myself and my family. Contacted the business and the manager did not even compensate or consider a recook of the food unless I brought it back up there. It was snowy and a complete blizzard. I had no way of bringing it back to the facility and over $60 was spent on food. The manager on shift advised that I dispute the order on Uber Eats. Not too mention, this is an reoccurring experience that I have had specifically on Saturday. I order from this entirely too much to have my food wasted! Uber Eats did not honor my request for a refund!! This is by far the worse experience I have had. Please train your cooks before putting them on the floor!

I was pleasantly surprised at how pleased I was with my food. Wingstop can be a hit or miss. Everything was very fresh and crispy, which I love. I also didn’t have to wait longer than 20 mins. You’re never in and out of Wingstop so that’s acceptable. Service was kinda eh, but I mean it’s wingstop lol they usually always all look absolutely miserable.

I walked in the establishment to be asked “pick up?” very briefly, I answered no, and was told we had to place an order online. I told them we planned to use cash and the woman simple rolled her eyes and walked towards the back, proceeding to do something else. We stood there a little confused for a moment, two other employees who heard this, just looking at us. We just walked out and I noted to them the service here was ridiculous. I mean you can’t take the order? and when I say i’d like to pay cash, there’s just no response? what on earth.

Approximately 3 weeks ago went to wingstop store#2050 for chicken tenders to order golden crispy on the outside well done. The female staff person prepared the chicken tenders perfectly to order. On Sunday 07/07/2024, a cook to order was placed at store #2050 for golden crispy on the outside and well done on the inside. The manager Deandre initially verbalized the order request might not be possible. The ma nager Deadre was made aware of my having placed the exact cook to order request was prepared perfectly by one of the female staff. Unfortunately, when I arrived home to may dismay my chicken tenders were Greasy and partially burned [not edible]. On Monday 07/08/2024, a phone contact was made with manager Deandre at store#2050. Unfortunately, Deandre chose to be totally, rude, disrespectful and informed he cooks all food perfectly and NEVER MISTAKES BECAUSE HE IS PERFECT!!! Deandre further let me know he trains ALL STAFF HOW TO COOK THE FOOD PERFECTLY A D THE ONLY WAY HE WOULD HAVE MADE AN ADJUSTMENT WAS IF A STAFF MESSED UP THE FOOD AND THAT STAFF MEMBER WOULD BE FIRED!!! Deandre specifically told me no need to bring the uneaten food because he is the General Manager!!! DTo ensure clarity regarding who am addressing he is a lack male with dreads and short. This individual was so self indulgent, self absorbed, cocky , disrespectful and egregious that I will definitely NEVER RETURN TO STORE#2050. THIS Deandre man presents as needing to recieve customer service training and most definitely is by absolutely no stretch of the imagination management material. Not a good look for the wingstop franchise at Hoover store#2050. Just ABSOLUTELY EGREGIOUS RESPONSE FROM A SO CALLED MANAGER WHO VERBALIZED CLEARLY BEING PERFECT AND EVER MAKES MISTAKES!!!! 1star was reluctantly given regarding this situation described.

This place is very unprofessional. i’ve had two occasions in 1 week where they’ve just been awful.. i called around 10pm to place a order since i only had cash (no card to place online) they told me i had to go online to place a order and said they stop taking over the phone orders at 10.. i went into the store to place my order and they told me to my face online only.. why couldn’t they said they were only accepting online orders instead of making it seem like they weren’t doing call ins. it can’t be a company thing because the wingstop on dequindre took my order over the phone and it was past 10. the second occasion was i door dashed some food. i got the 6 pc wing combo but received 20 boneless with voodoo fries and normal fries. to my knowledge this location keeps orders behind the counter and gives it to the dasher so this was simply their mistake. this location is ran by a bunch of lazy people, there’s always workers sitting in the dining area and they seem to make their own rules based on how they feel during that time. with that type of work ethic they won’t get very far from behind that counter they stand behind on a daily. if you’re not going to do your job right and just be lazy u might aswell not even have a job. you’re doing nothing but inconveniencing other peoples lives who are trying to eat.

I ordered through the app and decided to pick up at this location since I was in the area. This was my first time ordering from this location. I had a big order. Chicken sandwich, 8 Cajun tender strips, 2 lemon pepper tender strips, 4 atomic tender strips, 2 BBQ tender strips, and a 10 piece boneless wings. I went in 5 minutes after it was suppose to have been ready and still had to wait another 10 minutes. So when it finally got ready I picked it up and went to the car. Something told me to check the bag. So I glanced through the bag and noticed that my 10 piece boneless wings was missing. So that was another 10 minutes of waiting. By that time I was so ready to go. Once I got home I noticed that 3 of my Cajun tenders was also missing. So at that point I just let it go because I was too far to go back. I also noticed that the chicken sandwich was extra dry….Never!! Will I ever!! Order from this location again… and make sure that you check your order before leaving.
