I had such a great experience at Wingstop. The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor . Every bite was perfectly seasoned, and the wings were cooked just right crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside.

Wings were frostbit and the fries were not fresh after we sat there for 20+ minutes. Not much sauce on our wings. The owner need to supply this location with fresher product it makes more than enough money at this location.

First time customer here and I got the Louisiana rub on my wings. It was too spicy for my liking so maybe next time I’ll a less spicy flavor. He got the lemon pepper with plain fries and I was able to taste it, was very good. Service was nice, fast and efficient. Everyone wore masks including customers but we weren’t required.

Took away a star because the food was subpar, drink machine was practically empty of all the good drink options and they did not season my fries! I ordered seasoned fries with mild wings and even the mild tasted like bbq sauce, absolutely no kick! Apparently their staff changes frequently and I hope things work out or else I’m never coming back to this location.

Had a big online glitch because my order looked like it did not go through but it did. Did not realize food was going to be delivered from this location and had already ordered elsewhere because of online issue. It was a sincere mix up and they cancelled my order graciously at a very late timeframe. Very appreciated and good staff/customer service

My first time at a wingstop and with all the YouTube reviews and hype. I said let me try. Ordered the 3 piece plain tenders. Original Buffalo and ranch on the side. The fries were trash. Tenders were hot but over cooked. I love a work environment where the team gets along but you’re at work not on the playground keep the line moving. 13.05$ I won’t be back, good to try though. Front end team were pleasant. Sprite was the best thing about the meal.

Extremely unprofessional and unsafe. I arrived to pick up a DoorDash order that was completed and sitting in the pickup window, yet employees refused to release it. Staff became aggressive, and other employees had to restrain coworkers to prevent them from attacking me—all while children were in the store. The General Manager, “Cliff” (the short man with the lazy eye), told me to cancel the customer’s order and “be safe out here” while the food sat in the bin. Police were called on me without cause. The GM “Cliff” gave me and the officer on the scene the wrong name. I don’t understand how someone so aggressive, unprofessional, and lacking basic customer service skills can manage this store. Completely unacceptable behavior.

First time here!!! Well worth the wait!!! Also with that tells you that your wings are freshly made. Definitely love the hand cut fries, really makes the meal. You should treat yourself to some cheese sauce to dip em in!!!

An un organized Buisness built around Un professional people whoever owns this establishment needs to check and watch the people they hire. They hire anybody nasty attitudes terrible customer service it’s people here who literally bring this location property value down and that says a lot. If you don’t want to take orders go to another job it’s no cashiers on duty we can’t serve you if you don’t place a order online or it will be 45 minutes before your order is done because they stand around and talk in a group in the back of the kitchen. the food normally is good but the customer service is trash beyond trash I cannot believe the people here sometimes
