I never leave reviews, but save your time. This place/customer service fits perfect for the location. Paid for soggy, cold fries(selected extra well done also by the way). Called to address the issue and “ney” or whatever her name was said “well they were just made”. Okay well they’re disgusting. Then we were told to bring them back which we did right away. Got accused of doing something to them. They remade and I Just left because that’s crazy over fries. They wrote “LESS SOGGY” on the bag. Feel so bad for these workers really, fry defending for $14 per hour. Make the drive to wingSNOB they never disappoint.

We had left the wingstop at hoover and 11 mile due to poor service and came to this one. We were immediately greeted with much better service. we were told it would be about a 20 minute wait cause they were busy which was completely understandable. our order was actually done quicker than stated, probably 10-13 minutes. we got the 20pc boneless meal for 2, we enjoyed all 4 of the flavors we got and the fries were great as well.

I read online that Wingstop was the best choice, so I tried you through DoorDash on Superbowl Sunday.
Really good lemon pepper wings are hard to find, and on top of that my wife cannot tolerate MSG.
I ordered (10) of these and (10) hot boneless wings.
You really are the best! Ordered more yesterday and they were awesome again!
Also love how you thin slice the celery and manage to keep it cool for delivery with the blue cheese dip.
More orders coming for sure!

Recently ordered a door dash pick up. I should have known from the amount of people waiting on the inside it would be rough. I understood from being in Food before that dinner rushes can be a bit chaotic. after being there for an hour and receiving my order my bag was sealed before leaving… I should have still looked, I was just exhausted. when I arrived home I was missing a portion of my order. I didn’t receive any of my dipping sauces and my fries were dumped over in the bag. Was more upset at time waited and wasted to not receive my full order.

Very delicious! I’m in love with the lemon pepper Classic wings. My 14 yr old loves the Garlic Parmesan. I’m shocked the mild sauce is the BEST mild sauce I think I’ve ever had. Not just ( hot ) like all the rest but super flavorful!!! Yum yum yum. Lakeita and Carlos were super friendly and made the whole experience there a wonderful one. Both Louisiana voodoo and Buffalo Ranch fries are good too! Brought some lemon pepper wings home for my mom the try and she loves them too. Will be back for more.

I placed a delivery order at 12:30AM and they close at 2AM, over an hour went by and they refused to make my small order. All I wanted was a 4 pc tender and they were too lazy enough to make a simple order. I get these workers want to go home but this is a whole other level of laziness, it’s not like I placed a bulk order 15 minutes before they closed. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Normally a 5 star when I go in the day time, noone told me the night shift doesn’t even try to get your food right. The taste of the chicken is wayyyyy different on the night shift . In a negative way. Just do better learn from the day shift.
