I had such a great experience at Wingstop! The food was fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. The wings were cooked just right , and the fries were seasoned to perfection. Everything tasted amazing!

What really made the visit stand out though was the customer service. The manager, Chelsea, was professional, welcoming, and made sure everything ran smoothly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and her team. It’s rare to see management that involved and attentive.

They didn’t acknowledge me as I was waiting to order. Then I asked for my wing sauce on the side, the combo offered 2. So tell me why when I picked up my order the red head proceeded to charge me another $3 just to have it on the side when it says nowhere on the menu that. Fries were ice cold.

From walking in and they refuse to look at you, to getting home I am disappointed yet AGAIN. I paid more for sauces and this is the third time i’ve received NONE. I get it people forget sometimes, but there’s always three women who make the orders if somebody’s paying EXTRA don’t forget multiple times? They also don’t help you until you stand for 10 minutes and ultimately ask them to take a minute to help you. I’m pretty understanding of not wanting to work, but when people pay money for something you don’t have to do the bare minimum and mess up every time or just not help them. Even if you’re in the middle of something you can find the time in 10 minutes to help someone. It’s like this everytime I go in. I don’t even enjoy the food, because it’s dry and without sauce again.

Update **After not being there for 4-5 months.
Still has not changed. We went back after not being there for 4 months, and they literally handed my husband the WRONG food.

We have been very patient with this location. I think it’s time that management takes things seriously. Especially when I came here to leave a review, and you have more 1 stars than anything else. We have been coming here for a while. It’s seems as if everytime we come here there is an issue. The length of time it takes to get our food, missing items, wings barely being coated in sauce and the poor service. My husband went in today and was not even greeted. Seen 3 employees sitting at a table, with shirts untucked. I am not sure why these things are not addressed. You can blame it on the generation, but where is the leadership? We have been talking about trying Wing Snob instead. It’s really sad. Management… this store needs your help…! I’m not talking store manager, maybe not even district. Things need to change here. Word is out and I hear it all around how poor this location is. We have been patient long enough. We have tried being understanding and giving chances.

Ordered 60 wings, only 40 were delivered, tried to call over and over to get the rest of the order we paid for but no one wanted to answer the phone for 1 hour straight.
It’s no wonder they have a 2.1 star rating at this location

Update: I wanted to thank Wingstop for doing the right thing in this situation. While it was very disappointing to receive half my order and not be able to speak with anyone, corporate handled the situation gracefully and for that i will consider other Wingstop locations in the future

This is by far the worst Wing Stop you can go to. They’ve gotten my order wrong 3 separate times back to back. I usually order for delivery so going back is a hassle. When I call them someone picks up and tells me to hold, I’ve waited for 15min for someone to get to me and they hang up. I called again and the same thing. This is absolutely unacceptable.

It was absolutely unbelievable, but I placed an order at 5:50 pm that was to be ready by 6:10 PM. It was not ready until 7:10 pm. I literally waited in the restaurant for an hour after my order was supposed to be ready. The staff moved like sloths. It was unacceptable. There was no apology. No one was ever at the register for the entire hour as other people were trying to walk in & place orders. None of the staff wore gloves at all while preparing the food. Luckily, the order was correct. That’s the only positive.

I’m still waiting and it’s been long enough that I went to my tuck to get my coffee cup, go to rest room to wash it, get my water and sit for 5. I’d say 15 min wait time. I wish I went to Jimmie John’s next door. You can skate on the floors. Bathroom is nasty. Took too long. By far the worst experience in the food industry I’ve had in Michigan. OSHA please check on this place. It’s in need.

TERRIBLE SERVICE
I asked the young lady at the register for a new cup because the cup was bent and broken at the top that she was handing me. She replied “it is a new cup” with an attitude, so I told her to look at it and she handed me a new cup. I said “Thank You” no reply. I come back in because my fries are cold the girl at register said “oh my god”, so rude! I put the fries on the counter and she said “what’s the problem” I said my fries are cold. She doesn’t say anything. She tells the older lady in the kitchen cooking that they’re cold. The older lady yells from the back of the kitchen “regular or large”. I can’t hear that well she had to ask 4 times. Never approached the counter. So unprofessional. The young lady at the register said “you can throw them away. I toss the fries. The older lady hands me some fries 45 seconds later colder than the first order of fries with no seasoning. I turn back around and they’re all looking at me crazy. I have never been so frustrated with restaurant service. I ordered all of my food WELL DONE. All of it was SOGGY. I paid extra for all flats and when I got home I couldn’t even eat them because my lemon pepper wings were soaked in butter, there was barely any lemon pepper. The butter leaked down onto my hot wings. So I couldn’t eat those either. I have never received such poor service from this location. The ladies who usually work there are so kind and my food is always fresh and hot. I’ve had one issue ever and it was cold fries and they fried some fresh and replaced it with no issues. The ladies who are working in there now seem to hate their jobs. I did file a complaint. It is sad to say I won’t be returning to this location. I also have to find another meal because my food is inedible which is a major inconvenience.
