I don’t usually like to do reviews of takeout as soon as I get the orders; but I’ve got time today.
Service: I have no idea WHY this location can get 4 stars or more when the West side location does not.
WHY did I have to wait for what seemed like half a day just to pick up my order for TAKEOUT. It’s not like I asked them to deliver it! Geeshhh! Perhaps the cook or anyone else close tie front counter was ignoring me because they had gotten more ORDER WRONG.
How does Wingstop Creasy Lane end up giving me some boneless wings for my Korean when my order—picture will be included clearly states CLASSIC?!?!? If I wanted CHICKEN NUGGETS I would have gone to McDonalds.
Honestly if not for this mess the whole experience could have been redeemable; but nah!
Fries and rest of the food seemed like it was fresh and done to my order specifications. At least the corn cob bites were hot and good tasting as well.
When I went to pick up my order, the cashier first asked for the pickup name, which I gave. She then asked for my last name, and I said my name with the initial of my last name. She rolled her eyes at me and said in an annoyed tone, “I said full name with last name,” even though I had already provided it. She handed me the food very rudely and without any courtesy.
When we sat down to eat, the tables were dirty and covered in sauces and ketchup. I had to go look for napkins to clean the table myself, but there were no napkins where they are normally placed — instead, the area was full of trash.
I asked another employee (short hair, glasses, facial piercings) if she could please give me some napkins. She responded rudely, “Can’t you grab them over there?” I told her there were none, and she replied in a very disrespectful tone, “Well you’re going to have to wait 5 minutes.” After I waited at the counter, instead of handing me napkins while I was standing right in front of her, she walked around, placed a roll of paper towels by the drink station, and sarcastically said, “There. Happy?”
I chose to ignore her comment, but the lack of professionalism was shocking. On top of that, the same short-haired employee spent most of the time on her cellphone while the store was full of customers.
If Wingstop is going to hire staff, please hire the right people. Employees are the face and image of your business, and attitudes like this make customers not want to return.
I strongly suggest downloading the app and order off of here. Very easy to use and gives you an estimate of when the order will be ready. If you order fries with your meal, tell them you are here when you arrive and then they will get you Hot fries.
In prime time dinner give yourself a few extra minutes for the order to be ready.
