I ordered delivery from the website and I was not disappointed. The food was sooo delicious I got the 20 piece boneless special with a large voodoo fry and blue cheese dipping sauce. Everything tasted sooo good and even with sharing with my children, it was more than enough. I’ll definitely be ordering here again.

The owner/manager is awesome! He’s very friendly and gets to know the customers, making it a homelike vibe. The staff is just as nice, and always goes above and beyond with orders I absolutely adore everyone there, they always make you feel so welcomed.

First time here and was not treated fairly when I came In i stood in line for about 7 min there was only one person in front of me; after a while the man decides to take our order. After they took our oder there was like a good 7 people behind me and everyone got there order that came in after us so we sat about another 30 min before they handed our food and that was only because I got up to ask where my order was at. The wings barel had any taste in them i had to ask for extra saunce and they was charging me 1.50 for extra which I did not pay, because if they would have added enough when they handed it to me, I woulnt have asked for more. I am definitely not coming back I’d rather order wings somewhere else before coming in again to this place. I definitely don’t recommend this un professional people. That where literally laughing like we was some type of joke.

I went inside at 7:20 to place an order. The gentleman that was dressed like a manager was very rude. He cut me off when I said, “I’d like a chicken sandwich.” I said, “no I would also like an order of the voodoo fries.” He repeated his self and told me my told. I replied, “I also want a 10pc bone in wing.” He was very rude to every single man that walked in. He was nice to every single female that entered. I waited over 20 mins for my food just to watch him be rude to males and for my food to be disgusting. My hot chicken sandwich was sweet not hot. My voodoo fries were plain and unseasoned. My hot 10pc bone in wings were not 1% hot, they were sweet like the “hot” sandwich. The wings were definitely overcooked. They were dry as ever. I will never spend my money at this joke of a company.

Hands-down, the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 37 years of life. Almost every time my experience is they are so rude over the phone and when you get there to pick up the order. so I will no longer be returning to this location and neither will my family. I was made to feel like I inconvenienced them for coming to their establishment and I don’t know if it was the One of the owners or if it was the person in charge, but I let him know we will not be returning in a polite manner because of how we were treated for simply ordering food from them and he said what happened as he leaned close to me over the counter as if he was about to get in my face and was combative when I simply said you know what happened. As my boyfriend and I were walking out he continued to ask what happened very loudly but we kept it moving for his best interest because at that point he was pushing his limits by disrespectfully speaking to me and getting close to my face with my very protective boyfriend right next to me. Needless to say this place does not care about their customers and are a terrible representation for the brand.

We ordered 20 bone in wings. 10 plain, 5 garlic & parmesan and 5 original sauce. All of the wings were overcooked and completely dried out. It was like eating chicken jerky! The ones with sauce only had a very small amount of sauce on them. The ranch dipping sauce was a $1.50. Way over priced in my opinion! By far, the worst wings I’ve had anywhere!
