I took my two grandkids out for dinner, and while we were waiting, the cashier/host invited the boys to scan a code and fill out a quick survey for a free brownie. It wasn’t a huge thing, but gestures like that are rare these days. She was genuinely kind, and it really made our night.

I got the 50 wing pack wet and they hardly put any sauce on them and when I ask for extra they give me 2 little cups for 50 wings. And to top if off they charged me 3 dollars for 2 more cups with 1 little scoop in them. Employee says the manager instructed him to do this. Well I hope he reads this because I will not come back and waste 77 dollars at this place anymore. Just pathetic

They’re nice but i got bone-in wings and they had no breading at all whatsoever, just bare skin. didn’t even get to eat it because i was so grossed out. also the fries had no seasoning and were undercooked.

Great Idaho Fries! The Lemon Pepper wings were just right. They were not overly seasoned. However, the Garlic Parmesan almost taste like the plain wings. You could CLEARLY see the parmesan, but the flavor is extremely subpar. I would question the authenticity of the brand used. I also tried an order of plain boneless thigh bites and it seemed like they were mostly crust…great flavor though. Ordered online and it took about 35-40 minutes despite the website estimating 21-26 minutes.

I came to this wingstop with my family during a family party, first of all the fries and wings were undercooked, under sauced and dry. I myself as well as my family were truly disappointed as wingstop is a fast food we often enjoy. I called the store and asked for the manager “marlon” he didn’t seem to care about what I had to say he sounded as he was under the influence of something his word were slurring you guys need to find a new manager ASAP!!!!! he didn’t want to cooperate refusing to give me the corporate number I was going to go down there but I didn’t even bother we tossed the food and ended up getting food from elsewhere , I been waiting for my refund for a couple days now I’ll wait a couple more but if I don’t receive my refund I will be going down there.

My boneless wings weren’t fresh ,they were soggy and the sauce was old like they had been sitting there for a while or they used them from someone else’s order ,you can tell by how they look,the sauce was dried up on the boneless wings and soggy smh,should’ve checked before I left,the top was chicken tenders so I figured the rest was cool ,I didn’t want to dig all the way to the bottom of the bag .

I ordered two of the specials, each consists of a 25pc wings, 2 drinks, fry and corn. 15 of the total 50pc wings were supposed to be mango habanero and instead I get 15 plain wings. All the teas were weak and tasted like water. Two of the “teas” had no sugar in them. For the amount that I paid, I should have gotten what I ordered for my family. So I try to contact wingstop since I ordered off their app and have to fill out some form and hope they respond back. I tried contacting doordash, who is their delivery service and though they can see my order they say I gotta contact wingstop to resolve the issue. How do you just forget the sauce? And charge for some weak plain tea when it was clearly watered down as heck.
