DO NOT COME TO THIS WINGSTOP!! Go to the one in south holland instead. I found something black in my lemonade, it could’ve been a small bug. I also found hair on my chicken. I ordered hot honey rub tenders and I got regular. I will not be coming back here, they are disgusting. Not clean at all. I contacted corporate as well. This place needs to shut down.

I ordered a ten piece wing combo with fries and a coke..
Less than 10 minutes later I’m told my order is ready.. which is weird because it normally take 20 min..
I was served cold fries, not Luke warm.. COLD
The wings were undercooked and all flats
And the coke i ordered was warm.. when I asked for ice the woman took ice from another customers cup and put it in mine.. there was soda in that cup.. when I asked what she was doing.. I was assured the cip was clean and it was the same soda in it as I ordered..

Ordered online and still waited 15 minutes in an empty establishment for my food. Ordered lemon pepper wings. The wings barely had lemon pepper, some taste plain. To top it off, the wings were sitting in oil. The bottom of the container was covered in oil. We will not be coming to this location again.
