I waited over 1 hour for my order patiently because they where very busy and whoever was in charge of the online orders standing handing out food, is the reason I’m giving 1 star because I order 50 wings and was not cheap!!
I walked in asked for my order they said wasn’t ready then I waited then went to counter asked again said to check the waiting area online orders checked again and still not there according to the guy and girl that were so in to the game my food was ready this whole time since I walked in and of course my food was nasty and cold from sitting out so long if they would have checked names correctly this wouldn’t have happened the name AB was to difficult for them to find Do better with customer service I’m upset my guests had to wait for food and finally received but was cold and not fresh any more..The guy that was at register Black guy was very respectful and apologized for others mistake..waist of 87$

People in here – (workers) amazing. That is all I can say. They are caring, and kind, and patient. They are so amazing. They were singing Christmas jingles with me that were playing in the stereo speakers they have. You guys have an amazing crew there. This is our Wingstop location we got to and the ONLY one we go to.

Every wingstop I go to they are very rude I don’t know what it is about this franchise but you guys got to get it together. Another issue is they make delivery drivers. Make the drinks for the customers which I feel is like cross-contamination to a drink. That should be sealed before it goes out the door by an employee who’s been working in a facility all day, who’s supposed to be washing their hands all day. When it comes to delivery driver who is not washing their hands that have been driving in their cars touching things in our cars, touching everything arond us , alot of different doors without washing our hands, And your company expects drivers to make the drinks for the customers.I think it’s disgusting change your policy customers beware.

I usually love this Wingstop, but my visit last night (Jan 15 @ 8:16 pm) was a major letdown. The food tasted rushed and was completely lacking seasoning—the worst I’ve ever had here. Whoever was in the kitchen last night needs to be moved to the register because the cooking was not up to par.

Went to Wingstop for the first time in i can’t recall how long. I ordered an 8 piece boneless nugget. I got some of the I think hot honey dry rub. I got my food pretty quick but did not like the flavor. I walked back to the counter to ask if I could get it respun or a different flavor. The kid went to the back and asked. He came back and said we can’t do that. I then said ok and threw the 7 1/2 nuggets in the trash ate my fries drank my drink and politely left. I am heavily disappointed but not surprised.

Placed an order online and realized immediately the incorrect address was put in. Called the store and they said there was nothing they can do. Said I had to change it on the app. I explained that it was placed through the Wingstop website and was told there was nothing they could do. I told them I want to cancel the order and they said they can’t cancel the order. The confirmation email literally says if I want to cancel, to call the store. They literally told me they have no idea what to do and they can’t help me.

It was quite obvious that no one I was speaking to on the phone. Had any idea how to do anything. It was a very poor experience.

Chicken tenders looked and tasted like they had been sitting for hours, did not get a large fry that was ordered amd Chicken sandwich was not made to order. $60 and change wasted. Will never go back.

I had order 15 boneless Mango Habanero wing and 10 boneless Hawaiian. All 25 of them were only Hawaiian which is funny considering I order more Mango Habanero. I also ordered fries without seasoning, and they pretty much had extra seasoning on them. I had to wipe off all the extra seasoning with a napkin. This location is always getting something wrong.

I filled out survey to get free loaded fries just to get a small order of regular seasoned fries. It seems there might be a reason they are giving away food to get better reviews, because they don’t pay attention to orders.
