Just when I was starting to like Wingstop this happens… received an actual wing instead of chicken and the chicken tastes like it was old and not cooked well done like I asked. Fries were definitely old and cold. I’ve ordered plenty of times from this location with some problems but nothing like this. To think I spent thirty three bucks for what? The only positive is the woman at the front counter who no matter what always has a positive attitude and cool, calm demeanor even when they’re slammed and remembered my name which I appreciated. I guess it’s true, when someone has a good experience they tell a couple of people, but when it’s bad they’ll tell everyone!

Open the photo for best results. Ordered online for pickup. Waited nearly 2 hours for my food in the restaurant. Me and about 40 others. It was get 5 wings free day. I finally just told them to cancel my order. I’ve never had such terrible service anywhere before. Also, those are the hands of the girl behind the counter dirty dirty nails in the picture. I ordered at 6:56. I took that picture at 8:49.

It didn’t take too long to get our order unfortunately the mild wing sauce was more oily than it was wing sauce. There was not much flavor to the mild sauce because of this. The staff was great and fast and efficient. But the wing size definitely needs improvement.

The staff are incredible. They’re so kind and funny, it’s always a pleasure coming into this location. I’ve been coming to this one in particular for a few years now and when i walk in the person almost always grabs my order for me without me even saying my name. Kinda… sad because i must go that often but to me it’s more just a testament on how attentive, on it, and great the staff is and they’re sure great at making customers feel special! Always has everything i ordered in the bag, every time. Delicious food cooked perfectly & such a treat, everytime! I think a lot of these reviews are referring to the other Wingstop on ppike, down by Kroger and sunny side. This isn’t that one. This one is down ppike by the highway. Just saying, a lot of these reviews are for the wrong Wingstop.

Wings are always good but it NEVER calls to have this much salt on fries. They’re gonna end up killing somebody. Less salt, it would be a 5/5 star

I ordered from this Wingstop location twice on DoorDash and feel inclined to not return due to an error in food order. For instance, my first time ordering, I received less chicken I ordered and my sprite was sparkling dirty water. Second time I ordered, my boneless wings included bone in and had a weird smell to them. Furthermore, I asked for honey mustard and received cheese sauce.
I was really hoping for a great experience going to this location since it’s closer to me. However, I think twice of having errors is enough rapport to not return or encourage others to go to.

I went in and ordered some traditional wings 5 lemon pepper 5 cajun, 5 orig hot and i cant remember the last 5, I got all the way home to find my order was wrong, called the store and told them and was apologized to and promised they would replace my order the next day. When I went into the store and they realized the order was for 20 wings and fries, it became a whole problem. I was told no one put my name in the book, and that they could replace only 6 wings. Now all of my interaction was with the store manager Rashaad, who had a rude, unprofessional attitude from the beginning. So not only did u get my order wrong from jump, not only did ur employees not put my name in the book when I called about the mistake not only u didn’t want to replace my full order and not only u didn’t handle this situation correctly, when u offered me only 6 wings and fries which I had to ask for, U proceeded to call the police after u sent my son out ur store with 5 non flavored wings and no fries!!!!!! SMDH. So the police came and listened to my side and Rashaad and him went back to the back to discuss his side . He lied to the officer told him he gave me what I ordered which was the 5 wings when in reality that’s what u offered to give me in replace of my 20 wings and fries. U didn’t think I was gonna check to bag because why would u short the bag and not put fries in the bag. One of the worst experiences ever. I will never go to wing stop because if u are a manager and knw what ur doing that situation would hav been fixed within 15-20 minutes max. Oh and in the mix of all of this my receipt was found and sent to me during this whole mess. Rashaad said HE would loose money trying to replace my 20 piece wings and if everyone wanted him to fix a replacement he wouldn’t make any money! Also, while in the store trying to figure out my mess another person came back to the store with an order that had to be fixed. That store is in a great location, BUT, to put a person who is not trained and doesn’t have a clue about customer service, will cause that store to hav more issues. Smh horrible experience and I will not go back.

Ordered Doordash. I asked in the notes for my food to be cooked extra time….well it was not! I actually had to put food in the air fryer to add the extra time. Chicken was soft and not crispy at all. My fries were soggy but burnt I don’t understand how that’s possible but. Bad experience for me I may not ever order this again

Absolutely dreadful experience every time I’m here. I’m not one to write reviews but I can’t comprehend how disturbingly slow these workers work. Paid to do absolutely nothing. Order said it would be ready in ten minutes, and I’ve been waiting for an hour and counting. Workers haven’t even made an effort to tell us how long it will take.

RASHED WAS THE NASTIEST PERSON I HAVE COME INTO CONTACT WITH IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A LONG TIME. He was very rude over the phone and in person because I wanted a refund and receipt that proved a refund. Got super loud and told me to get out and once I started recording his nasty behavior he picks up the phone and called 911. Rashed you should never be in customer service. Your employees were super embarrassed and complained themselves about you when you got off the phone. HORRIBLE way to start the business in Lawrence. I’ve never encountered this in the 14yrs I’ve lived in the city. Corporate needs to mandate you some classes.
