Wings and tenders were good. Not a good place for diabetics though. Pretty weird they don’t have napkins or wet wipes, especially being a wing place and all, but they had a nice roll of paper towels, pretty tacky.

Customer service is horrible i think serving people greasy food is just bad the bag was full of grease.My order was not right i got Corbin water instead of getting my orange drink They were gonna get back in touch with me it never happened. When this Wingstop opened, we were so happy because the older location on Shelby Street has just gone way downhill unfortunately this location is now just as bad tonight. I called and held for 22 minutes while no one picked up the phone. I then went to pick up my food that I had ordered online and it was cool. I asked for my fries to be remade and was told sure give me just a few minutes 10 minutes later, I asked if the fries have been dropped and they have not guys are standing around, staring at their cell phone, not helping customers. They clearly have a problem with poor management.

this place is so consistently bad. I hate leaving a bad review .. i like to chop things up to just a bad day or bad order. But i just cant anymore.. the lack of care is astonding . Ive never had staler bread in my life . Want sauced wings? Forget it. Don’t order from here!!! Worst service I have ever had. The employee are so rude and unprofessional. I messed up on a carryout order that’s on me I understand. I immediately called them after I placed it. The Indian guy was rude off the bat I tried to explain he didn’t care then said cancel it. And hung up. I log in as a guest and didn’t have access. I also tip them for this service is crazy. I tried to call back they picked up twice and hung up then the third time just put me immediately on hold. Who ever is working here on 01/16/25 at 10-11:30 pm I will be call corporate.

Genuinely bad experience every time I come here. I had a $50 gift card so I’ve been here multiple times to use the gift card. It’s always the same people when I go in and 1. they can barely speak English so communication is difficult, 2. They didn’t know what a sample was and said they can’t do samples for flavors even though the Emerson Wingstop did it for me before, 3. They act like they’ve never seen a gift card in their life. Always the same people mind you so they should know by now but nope! 4. They made my name “Kroger” instead of “Carter.” Not sure how that happened but comedic anyways.

Oh this is absolutely one of the worst place’s I have ever been to as far as service and atmosphere go. Upon arrival I walked into the store front where I was met by a female with glasses on, She took probably 2 minutes to turn around and greet me because she was chatting it up with a coworker. When she turned around she said… (what do you need?). I paused for a second to process the rudeness and then politely asked for my order. Since I called it in, she said that apparently someone came in and picked up. I said “well Its actually my order so can you go ahead and remake it?” She said (no you have to go back online and place another order). I got very upset and said nevermind… and asked “what the name of thier manager was” and she said (the manager isnt working tonight). I said “I dont care if your manager is here or not I would like thier name please”. She turned back to her coworker and started talking in another language, Witch I thought was extremely rude also. Then she finally gave me the managers name (phargav). I exited the store and will never set foot back in it again. We went out for a nice little wing meal and by the time we left we didnt even want to try anywhere else. If your not happy at your job or your just not happy in life, then find a job that limits your interactions with people. Don’t spread your hate and ruin other people’s nice time…

Food is good. Ordered a meal for my family and they gave us a majority but forgot 2 fries; 1 voodoo, 1 regular. Weird crumbs from something all over our boxes. Also places weird sticky stuff on drink lids that are impossible to get off without leaving a sticky residue all over.

First time eating here I just don’t know what to say Top shelf. Hands down the best wings I’ve ever had. I had the original hot, hot honey dry rub, add lemon pepper all was . Customer service was just great I was greeted by the cashier Alondra she was just great. I explained I had never eaten at Wingstop she walked me through some good suggestions and gave me some great recommendations on flavor. While I was waiting for my food a gentleman named John came from the back to check on me and to keep me informed on my food couldn’t be more please Very great employee crew
