Fries are either HARD AS A ROCK or UNCOOKED no in between.
You either get so much sauce it’s soupy or no sauce at all.
The restaurant itself is FILTHY!! Unbearable amount of flies flying around! Gnats, Fruit Flies and MAGGOT infested soda machine, not to mention you can tell they dont even wipe down the exterior of the soda fountain (drips and spills caked on from who knows how long ago) The employees are constantly on their phones, smoking, or doing their makeup then turning around WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS and handling our food! The floors are sticky in the lobby and even worse in the bathroom!!
The kitchen is ALWAYS in disarray, RAW chicken next to cooked, food being dropped on the floor and picked back up, the list goes on. DON’T EAT HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH, im surprised the health department hasnt shut them down. Save yourself the headache and drive to the Plainfield Location. The staff is just as rude at that location but at least you can enjoy your food and know it was prepared correctly & in a sanitary environment!
secondly- not a single person wore gloves that was in the food prep areas. all were bare handed. one was scratching his beard and another picked something that looked like a scab on his forearm.
thirdly- we ordered meal as dine-in, waited well over 30+ minutes then saw a group that came in after us get their dine-in meal before us so I asked how much longer on ours, was told 2 mins and then was handed our food in a to-go bag. when we decided to just take it home instead, the lady that cashed us out asked why we weren’t staying to eat it here and I told her the long wait time and we ordered it as dine in but since it was already bagged, we were just going to leave. she said it was because the kitchen staff were new.
lastly- I ordered garlic parm wings that barely had any parm whatsoever and my boyfriend ordered mango habanero and the sauce job was very lacking. adding photos for reference.
