The Staff at this location was cool to me but the general manager and corporate may things bad by informing me they only can add 5 more minutes when you select “well done” for the wings. In the past I been asking if they can cook it for 10 more minutes. I like my wings extra crispy. So going forward they only can cook the wings up to 18 minutes instead of 23. It’s been real.

This location has gone down hill, the employees are decent but the female manager (The one without glasses) does not comprehend simple things. I understand the restaurant business is struggling to hire and keep staff but its imperative to have a strong manager leading your store. And this young lady is clueless, she will cause this location to sink! I don’t understand what’s so hard to figure out, allow me to pay $19.99 for the 20 wings and fries thats advertised and then I order another 10 wings and those 10 wings would be free due to the credit I have???!!! The manager could not understand this, she was accusing me of trying to get 30 wings for $12 dollars like whatt??? What are you even talking about?!
By the grace of God, he has put me in a position to where I don’t have to scam a wing place out of some boneless wings SMDH!
This location has gotten more of my money then I should admit but this will be the last time they receive my money!
This “manager” is a prime example of why you shouldn’t allow just anyone off the street to be the face of a company, she is argumentive and has the nerve to be loud and wrong SMDH! And if all this company requires is for a person to be able to count down a drawer and lock the doors at night then shame on wingstop!

Okay this is highly unusual for this location in the last month the quality of the food has been horrific! Fries are burned. Food was packaged horribly with fries falling out of the container rack sauce not closed causing spillage all over the bag. All this after waiting for 40 minutes! Jasmine or Jazz packaged my food and tossed the food over to me yes tossed the bag on the counter! I ordered 3 combos but only received 2 fries. One of the employees walks in higher than the clouds. Next time I will visit Popeyes on Lebanon road where im sure the quality of service and food will exceed my expectations. This was a waste of $31.00.
Moral of the story is don’t serve food you wouldn’t eat! And to think a manager is the one who prepared the order!

Jake the general manager is the most friendly and chill manager I have ever meet very nice and has a great team that are the same. He always says how much her appreciate and values his team and there work. Great food every time I’ve been there only small issues which were quickly resolved

I ordered my food though your website site and I never received my food I called the the restaurant that night and spoke with the manager and she said that she would refund me and also said that they have this issue a lot because they use door dash. I called back on Sunday after the transaction had posted and spoken to a different manager and he said he would take care of it except it to show up in three or four days it never showed up so I called back and and spoke to someone else they said he quit and gave me a number to call I called that number and spoke to someone at a corporate number she told me she would take care of it and expect an email I never received an email I called the store back a week later and no one could help me I called another store trying to get the corporate number again because I didn’t write it down when I called the first time the person I spoke to was supposed to take my information and give it to their DM for them to call me and I never received a call back but what I do know I’m not letting this matter go because 34.72 is to much money to be given away for food that has never been received also in the notes for delivery it says please hand food to me.

I paid for the 50 piece chicken deal and the 20 for $20, I ordered 3 orders of fries and an extra ranch, plus a large ranch. I got the chicken, no sides, 2 brownies which I never ordered. Not cool, every single time I order from this location they screw up my order

I’ve never had Wingstop before and had heard how good it was and wanted to give it a try. I understand they are new and are still learning. I have now been 4 times and only 1 time had a problem free visit. I kept hoping each time would be a better experience given they are new. First visit fry’s were under cooked, second time over cooked no seasoning, I’ve decided to no longer order the fries: 3rd visit great but the 4th visit I ordered online. The app said 16-21 min. I got there after 15min. I knew going in i may have to wait: i was told they were working on my order: well from the time i ordered to the time i got my food was 48 min. I suggested that they may want to update the wait time on their app because i waited almost 50min. Thought maybe it would give them some time to catch up on orders. I got a sorry. Again totally understand they are very new. Maybe I’ll try again after they’ve been open awhile.

Had a pretty bad experience with this location today. The music is very loud and the person taking my order was a complete bully. I don’t hear well and when I asked this young man to speak up he laughed at me and walked away. He then handed me a drink cup but when I went to grab it, he quickly jerked it away from me and stared at me. I ordered my son some wings honey barbecue, my son opened the container and began eating the wings that someone DUMPED spicy chili or some kind of rub on. I’ve eaten wingstop many times and would
be willing to BET that the “atomic” seasoning was applied to my son’s food. Wingstop please look into this immediately and review your cameras, by the way my 5 year old son got this in his eyes and skin.
