5 Stars because of the Girl with pink in her hair. I love her customer service skills. I waited for 15 mins for my order which is not a big deal and I watched as she handled customers with respect and with a touch of niceness.
The fries weren’t good or crispy at all but that’s ok. I might come here again and order something different.

I would not get food from this place go to another location… He got my order wrong and charged me for chicken tenders when I ordered classic wings … Then didn’t give me no sauce with it chicken was under cooked !

My first time ordering at this place and it was via ubereats. The reviews got me very worried but I was happy with my order. It looked a lot more organised and cleaner than the posted pictures. The fries however was excessively salty but that would be expected with the most wingstop fries I guess. Wings, burger and the NEW tenders were well worth it.

I’m hoping I don’t jinx myself but I’m not sure why this place has such low ratings, I’ve ordered online here many times—from a simple six-piece boneless order to full family meals—and everything has always been up to my expectations. Sometimes, I even get picky and request a bunch of different sauces, and they always follow my instructions perfectly! The food is consistently great, and I’m really glad they’re so close to my job. Definitely one of my go-to spots for to go orders !

worst experience ever was told that I didn’t oder 10 wings. I then had to drive to the store even after getting my food delivered (tipping the driver and paying for delivery). I then told them that I want a refund for the order I didn’t “order” he told me it doesn’t work that way that I could get the food I ordered or the refund. I will never order here again and will bad mouth this place to everyone that will listen.
The only silver lining is the older gentleman that descalated the situation and gave me the wings “I didn’t order”

Food was done and great. Only thing is the soda machine was down and after expressing my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the manager after she offered me bottled water. I kindly declined and was again simply lemonade from the cooler they have with full with bottle soda and lemonade!

I placed order for 10 wings well cooked they came soggy. I ordered extra celery and carrots which I paid for and they didn’t come. I was not offered redelivery but charged delivery fee and service fee via door dash. I waited 45 minutes on hold with wing stop directly to resolve with no resolution. I was given return via door dash. Wingstop has no accountability.

Figured I give them a try as being a customer and not an employee, this wasn’t the location I was at but this matches my location on poor food quality. Order and paid for 20 flats it was 15 lemon pepper and 5 Parmesan garlic. It looked like they weren’t properly shaken barley any seasoning on both.! I know for a fact wasn’t trained like this at all still upsetting and disappointing DO BETTER.!
