We’ve been coming here often lately for carry out wings. But last night the french fries were so salty we could not eat them they went in the trash! JS. We like to support all businesses in Hamilton. But if that keeps up we’ll go to Shooters for carry out wings from now on.

Great food. I am always pleased with my wings be they bone in or not. The place is small and crowded normally with ppl waiting on take out leaving a chaotic dine in experience, but as far as the food goes.. this place rocks!!

The negative reviews at this wing stop is simply because people are impatient. Busy places are gonna be a long wait. This location is fairly new and I have came numerous times and while a hiccup may occur every now and then, workers are extremely nice and willing to fix it (giving extra sauces, cups, etc..). Considering how many people come in and out of this location and condition of the people would have u questioning the cleanliness inside this Wingstop. Rest assured though because they do a good job keeping it clean. Bathrooms are well kept as well. The food quality is good and fresh. I would definitely recommend coming here than the other Hamilton location which isn’t so clean.

$16.50 is what I paid for a 10 boneless combo with the side upgraded to the 10 piece corn. I wish I would have checked before I left because I would have got my money back. 8 out of the boneless wing were more like boneless bites. They were the size of a quarter. You should be ashamed selling that to people for what you charge. When I called they said yeah our boneless are small and asked if I wanted them remade. I said will they be any bigger he said no. To which I stated no driving all the back there to switch out for the same ridiculously small boneless wings wasn’t worth the gas. I won’t be eating there again. No wonder all these places are closing down! I hope you’re next! This is the wingstop on High Street in Hamilton!

Came in today to order my children some Cajun corn. I witness Brianna who was written on my bag touch frozen wings without gloves or washing her hands & afterwards proceed to touch other/handle other cooked food an condiments without gloves an wiping her hands on her pants. I was standing at the counter her counterpart Alex open the refrigerator to block my view I felt like so I couldn’t see everything Brianna was doing to my corn without gloves. Alex however was polite when engaging with him when completing my order & transaction. Unfortunately I did not want to invoke an argument or back n forth conversation about what should be standard in following ALL health codes. So I took the bag an just threw it away. There was no way I was feeding that to my children to potentially get sick. & It was a little over $3 so wasn’t worth it too me. I just know I will not be visiting Wingstop for the considerable future.

Extremely disappointed. I got a six piece combo and waited an entire hour for my food, even when not that many people were in the restaurant.My wings were also extremely tiny. They were smaller than the size of my finger. Disappointed at this wingstop.

I was here yesterday and the workers greeted me within seconds! As others came in, they still checked in with me letting me know it was almost done, needed tossed, then bagged. Communication was awesome, they were timely (I was early), and the food was correct and of course tasty!! We do the family meal!

We love Wingstop and eat there often, but not today. We went to eat and was greeted with a cloud of cigarette smoke from the employee. I find it disgusting for an employee to be smoking at work. The smell is disgusting and the thought of having a smelly smoker handling my food is awful. We certainly won’t be going there anymore. Wings On Brookwood has much better wings, they’re atmosphere is better and there’s no disgusting smoking employees outside in a cloud of smoke to walk through. If anyone at the store cares, it was some guy with a beard at 1243 pm today. I doubt this will be addressed so we won’t be back.

I mean the food is good, obviously. And in my experience it’s always ready when it says it will be, only real negative thing I can say (and this goes for high street too) I don’t always get everything I ordered. I know it’s busy and all but it still sucks when it happens. As long as you make sure everything is there then, we’ll, that solves that. Overall great place though!
