VERY INCONSISTENT. I’ve made 2 orders from this place. 1st time, the wings (bone-in) were hard as a brick, lifeless, the voodoo fries was WONDERFUL with plenty of toppings. 2nd order, the wings were great, but the voodoo fries had like NO CHEESE OR ANYTHING, overcooked. I also ended up getting diarrhea. I haven’t had diarrhea in months. I cannot 100% say it was caused by Wingstop, but as that’s the only “new” thing I’ve introduced to my diet, it seems odd I’d magically get an upset stomach a day later. I wanted to like Wingstop, but this isn’t a good first month!! Please train your staff more!

I received truly excellent service. A gentleman from Wingstop contacted me to inform me that they were experiencing a slight delay. It was wonderful to receive the call, as it demonstrated their proactive approach. I also appreciated the warm greetings I received upon entering, even though they were busy. So I wanted to finally try wing stop. My husband and I have tried all the wrong places however this was not worth the hype or money. The wings have no flavor however they are cooked well. Just bland! The garlic parm, taste like they just rubbed garlic and parm on the wings without making it a sause! BTW no salt added! The mild was so mid it wasn’t funny! The fries had again no salt! The blue cheese had no flavor! Half of our order was wrong or missing? We had to call back in, the manager did however correct it and added 4 brownies but DAMN for the money I paid I really thought it would be fire because wing stop had an occult following! We used to love Bdubs however their wings are smaller so I thought why not but no! The the sause at Bdubs is way better! The customer service is better! I think I can’t honestly say my family will not be returning

Whoever was working the late shift on 2/20/26, I am highly impressed. The amount of people that were coming in and how fast they were getting orders out, they cleared the place quickly. On top of that, the food was delicious!

I’ve been here five times since the store opened. The wings and sides are good. The staff needs some better training or the store menu needs to match the app menu. Trying to order just wings (no combo) they argue that they only have 3 or 5 piece. Clearly not the case in the app.
The lobby needs a trash can. People have to just leave their bags of trash on the table.
The drink station needs napkins. The single roll of paper towels at the register is a pain because you have to wade through people ordering or picking up orders.
Back again on 7/28. Lost an atmosphere star. Soda machine is broken again. Floors are filthy. Smells like sewer drain water. Wings are good but they need to get the the place together. Still no trash can in the lobby.

When I got there I was informed that a manager had suddenly walked out and they had 3 people for 6 stations and I unfortunately don’t know the girls name that was running the front but she was so sweet and let me know that they were very behind and it would be a hour- a hour and 15 minutes so me and my boyfriend decided to stay and wait it was a Saturday night and Valentine’s Day so we understood it was crazy , and let me just tell you that was the best food I have ever gotten there so shoutout to the 3 people who worked on 2-14-26 after your manager walked out yall are the absolute best and i really hope you guys get a bonus or something because you guys rocked that food!!

Wings with out a wait B.S. stop in to get 6 bone in wings. 6 Wings took over 40 minutes and thats what they call wing without a wait. Another thing in a six piece wing you really only get 3 Wings you get 2 drum and 4 the other half of the wing what a joke. I will never eat hear again. There are too many place that sell wing and are a lot faster to get your order.

How can 5 employees not be able to keep up with a total of 4 orders?!?!?!? Second time I’ve been here and they are so freaking slow. Employees standing around doing nothing yet my order takes 45 minutes. And change that awful music, if I have to wait so long at least not play bad music at high volume. Pathetic, I won’t be back, wings were just OK. You can find the same most anywhere.

Their sewer is messed up. I went in to pick up my food. The smell outrageous. Flies all over. Health Dept will have issues. No pop out of pop machine. Forgot my sauce. No one’s checking bags. So disappointed. Been waiting for this to open. While five employees stand in the back.

Very unprofessional. Some women came in, not one word was said to the women at the register and she went off on the customer. Talking about family drama and just in all, very unprofessional, and childish. I had ordered online and it said ready between 4:17-4:22. I sat inside til almost 5. While the women at the register said it wasn’t ready. About 20 minutes later, another women came to me and asked my name and my food had been sitting in the back the whole time.
