Absolutely fantastic experience! The restaurant was spotless, and every staff member was kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They made sure our food came out quick, hot, and fresh, and it was delicious.
I really appreciated seeing the cook consistently washing his hands — you could tell he truly knew what he was doing and took pride in his work. The cashier went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of, which made the whole experience even better.

The food is good! But if you order takeout please check everything before you leave!! We have had three separate incidents of ordering takeout and entire items missing. This time we were missing half of an order, the other two times we were missing fries. I hate to leave reviews like this, but it’s becoming a noticeable pattern for me at this point.

Today I got 20 traditional wings, 10 BBQ and 10 garlic parmesan. They were good, cooked perfectly. The garlic did not have much sauce coating them, just sprinkled parmesan cheese. The bbq were coated well. Overall they were very good, the service was great, girl was super polite the facility was clean as well as the bathrooms. I was watching the guy who was preparing my food and he was constantly washing his hands which I appreciated very much. He is obviously taking food safety seriously. It was a very good presentation on the wings, I look forward to trying more flavors!

Out shopping and ordered a to-go order for lunch. Made it home and found out the tenders and fries were there but not the wings. At that point I wasn’t any too happy. Called in and soon as they answered, (manager I assume), without me saying anything he confirmed it was me, apologized for the wings not being in the bag and said he would personally deliver them. Saved me a 35+ minute round trip. Also added extra wings and a brownie. Great food and great customer service! Thanks

What is this green slime that was in the ranch?! Thank God it showed on the top before we ate it. Our order went in the trash because we are so disgusted/creeped out. What is that?? Edit: This is not ranch seasoning like the company is saying. Ranch seasoning is a powder not goopy green slime. Be so for real. Don’t eat here, they obviously aren’t going to do anything about their food safety. Literally Google “green slime in ranch” and it will tell you it’s a sign of spoilage and show you images just like mine. These companies these days really think we’re all stupid. How about some accountability and actually manage your location so your employees use proper food safety techniques and don’t poison your customers?? I hope whoever gets sick in the future from your store uses my post in court to sue you for poor food safety.

Hawaiian flavor is my favorite but I recommend trying them all!! My kids love the tenders as well! Great customer service every time through the door. 10/10 recommend.

We have gotten wings here twice. One for a party and once for my wife and me for a quick dinner. Both times they have over delivered on quality and customer service. Very friendly and the wings are sauced great. Will continue to get wings from them. If you are a serious wing person this is the spot. Can’t beat the price and quality.

Just picked up my food on February 11 of 2025 and I waited inside the store for 25 minutes because all of the workers were outside doing God knows what why my food just sat there and another customer was in there and the cooker kept going off because there was food in there that was ready to be put up in it. They were burped. I’ve never had a bad experience, but waiting for our food because the smokers wanted to smoke is ridiculous and that is not how a team should be run at all

Best chicken and fries I have had in a really long time! The staff were so nice made me feel welcome, food was hot crispy juicy, just over the top awesome! I recommend wing stop in Wooster Ohio 5 stars and then some!
