Since the online review will not let you post a full response, I will put it here. I placed an order tonight at 6:55 and I was quoted 33 minutes max on my order. Upon arriving the restaurant had 15 people standing in the lobby with no end in sight. Upon waiting an hour in the restaurant on top of the 33 minutes before arriving, I noticed a lot in this restaurant. The “manager” on shift seemed to be on something. She was laying her head down on the counter in the kitchen where the food is prepared, then would sit down on the kitchen floor. When she was not doing that she would go into the dining area and sit at a table and play on her phone until the other customers in the waiting area began talking about how horrible that is. She then proceeded to go back in the kitchen and prepare one item of an order with her hair down hanging in the food. After preparing one item she went back to sitting on the kitchen floor. One of the other workers continued to walk in and out of the back door and to be little help. One other worker was working to the best of his abilities alone making all the others while the other lady on shift was packing orders and passing them out. Out of four workers (one being a manager) two workers were doing ALL of the work. Multiple customers in the restaurant expressed their concerns of the wait and the disgusting behavior the manager had. I understand during busy times you may need to wait longer but the online order screen should reflect this so you are not waiting in the establishment for over an hour past your quoted time. Overall it was a very disappointing experience and some workers should really be evaluated on their position and the cleanliness they show, especially when the customers can clearly see the kitchen while waiting.

Great local fast-food wing place to have, fun kitschy atmosphere and tasty food in a jiffy. Had a few mix-ups on orders, but not many, and with the last one I got they comped a full replacement meal free of charge. Staff are nice and cordial too, will keep coming back as long as they’re open!

My mom and I went to this location tonight and it was terrible… No one greets anymore which makes it hard when there was about 15 people in the store. We waited inside when our should have been done and we waited for 45 minutes. The lady that was bagging food had NO gloves on while rubbing her face, touching and putting fries in bags, touching dirty counters and whipping her hands on her pants.. We thought that was bad then another young lady came around thinking she would help her and she laid her head on the counter with the wings and where all the sauces are and she fell asleep practically on the counter. Then she got up and sat at a table after that she got up went back to the counter where she was sleeping and sat on the floor after she was done with that she laid her head back on the counter. DISGUSTING touching the dirty ground and then you wanna go touch food?? After we saw how disgusting and dirty they were being we had to tell for someone to look over at us and we asked for a refund and told them we don’t want the food anymore after watching how dirty they were being the lady that wasn’t wearing gloves in the beginning said she had to ask her manager if we could have a refund $30. The manager was the lady that was sleeping on the counter and sitting on the floor and proceeding to touch food without even thinking to wash her hands or put gloves on. The lady that was handling our refund came back to us and told us that we would get us get our money back in 7 to 10 days but couldn’t provide us a refund receipt or any proof that we were going to get our money back. When we asked if we could have some kind of confirmation or receipt, she wrote on a piece of paper with a sharpie that said we will get our refund in 7 to 10 business days. Not proving anything. Me and my family love Wingstop, but we will never ever go back. It was absolutely disgusting and disappointing..

Wings were hot and crispy, lots of flavor and not greasy. Lemon pepper was really good and the fries were seasoned nice. Order came out fast and everything was correct. Def coming back agian.

I have ordered here many times and when I would first order it was amazing quality and workers. Now I can’t seem to place an order without having something messed up. The workers in there are the laziest with making the food and don’t care to fix anything because when you try to call they ignore the phone. These are some of the most recent orders I’ve placed. With issues ranging from them giving me bare “extra saucy” bbq wings, mixing all of the lemon and butter into another order of bbq wings, not putting any ranch at all when extra is paid for, not putting any seasoning and giving cold undercooked fried even though they are ordered with extra seasoning and well done and also making people wait forever for undercooked food. I think a manager needs to get in here and fix this place before they’re the next ones to go out of business.

Good sized tasty wings at a good price. Twice I have had an issue with the wait for pick up. When I got there a half hour after ordering I had to stand around for another 25 minutes waiting for my order. This is no fault of the people working there, they were busting their asses.
It is simple math to figure how many wings can be made with the equipment and personnel available. I see this as greed, once your order is placed on the app there is no way to cancel on the app, you have to call the store. They are too busy to answer the phone because the computer keeps piling orders on them.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this location really deserves one. A couple of weeks ago, my order got mixed up, nothing huge, just one of those nights where everything in life was already going wrong, and that was the last straw for me. When I called to get it fixed, the staff went above and beyond. They were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding, even though I was upset. The guy who helped me not only remade my food, but added a brownie and told me he hoped my night got better.
When I went back the next week, another employee actually remembered me and personally apologized for the mix-up, even though I hadn’t expected that at all. That kind of compassion and accountability is so rare these days, especially in fast food. Mistakes happen everywhere, but the staff here truly care about making things right and treating people like actual human beings. I can’t say enough good things about how they handled it.

So, I ordered food there, 20 wings for $20. They messed up and only served me 14 of the wings. I left a review detailing the experience and they did reach out and correct the order by offering to remake the entire order. I do appreciate that. But, I will still unfortunately be checking my bag from now on before leaving just to be sure I dont have to go through that again. One thing I dont like is the wait times. You can be quoted 10-20 minutes for order fulfillment and end up waiting much longer. But the food is good and the prices are decent. just check your orders before leaving and give them an extra 10-15 minutes before picking your food up.
