On 07/11/2025 We did an online order for our food 30 minutes before arriving at the restaurant. We arrived and had to wait 30 minutes to an hour for simple order. The worst part was other customers were waiting long as well. The restaurant was filled with customers waiting. The female with red short hair asked if anyone is waiting for their orders, my husband told her he was. She never got back to him, he had to ask again. The female with red short hair then said “there’s no order in his name” and my husband had to show her the online order. The staff had to make our order again. We had to wait longer than before. The employees were loud acting unprofessional. The female with the short red hair did not show compassion or care towards the customers concerns. The employees in the back was talking, not focused making the food and took too long for orders. Some of the employees are not wearing gloves and touching the food and opening the refrigerator without washing hands. That needs to be checked, I think it’s a health hazard or violation. Customers not getting the right stuff with their food, constantly walking back inside There’s customers asking if their food is ready. The female would not directly talk to the customer no eye contact or apologetic. Customers would also constantly asking for sauces or napkins. It got bad to the point where the manager said “we’re over staff and still can’t get our stuff together!” “There’s a lot of people waiting!” He said. I’m not coming back here, it’s unprofessional and needs more organization!

This place is an absolute disaster. Employees have no direction, one of the most chaotic take out places I have ever been. Chicken wings have very little meat on them but the skin is somehow still undercooked and chewy. Franchisee clearly has no idea how to run a business. Go to the winking lizard if you want decent wings.

It was Super Bowl Sunday and it was crowded and crazy. I do not recall the name of the gentleman holding down the fort, but he was mannerable and made sure that everyone that came through the door got taken care of. He was cool under pressure and went out of his way to make sure that orders were correct and done right.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the kind of energy that could power a small city ⚡. She doesn’t just take your order she transforms it into an experience. Every wing I’ve had from her hands has been cooked to perfection, seasoned like it was kissed by angels , and delivered with a smile that could brighten the darkest day. Tawana doesn’t just work at Wingstop she elevates it to a whole new level. Customer service royalty! If you’re lucky enough to get her taking your order, consider yourself officially blessed. I don’t know how she does it, but she makes every visit unforgettable. Wingstop should frame her and hang her on the wall because she’s that good. Tawana, Twin you are the MVP. I’ll be back daily just to see you in action and eat your wings. Absolute 10/10 experience.

For this place being a new business, just opening not even been open a year the building inside is pretty dirty. I almost slipped on greasy floors just getting my food The area where you get your drink from is absolutely disgusting. There was no seasoning on my fries. Please hire people that care about the business and actually want to see it grow this place should not be filthy. Disgusting inside and only been open for a couple of months. Probably won’t be back for this reason. It’s also pretty crazy that you just opened and your at a 2.5 rating.

Lazy slow and dirty. I’ve never seen it take so long to drop wings, sauce them and pack them in my entire life. Workers would rather be just talkin or on cellphones instead of working. If you door dash avoid picking orders up from this place you gotta pretty much pack and tape the orders for them

Food was as expected, warm and tasted good. Was expecting more of a punch from the medium spicy.
Service was exceedingly slow, online ordered and got our food almost 10 minutes after the time indicated on my order. Staff greeted us when we came in, but ignored us after that. Order was ready minutes before we received it, but we had to ask the staff to check on it first. They have an “in training” sign up but this location has been open for months.

When first opened the manager was there guiding employees: slow service but at least you were acknowledged and your order was checked to be complete. I Went back a second time, about 5 workers in there and they all “looked” at me many times but i was never acknowledged. I stood there for about 10 minutes for a pick up order that was supposed to be ready when I got there. one person in line was being helped as i stood there. Eventually some other person came in and stepped right in front of me. They didn’t acknowledge either of us. Eventually i stepped up and the workers were now all there in the back talking among themselves doing whatever they were doing (no gloves on, wiping hands on their pants) and i still had not been acknowledged. Eventually someone came up and asked what i wanted and i said i had a pick up order. They asked my name then said it’s getting put together. Another 5-10 minutes of waiting then i get my food. I said thank you and they said nothing to me, just handed it to me and walked away. I left then decided i should check my bag and realized i did not get my full order and had to go back in. Need i say more? The only reason for 2 stars is that the food actually tasted decent. SMH. ♀️
