Was at the parma store on 11/22/23 and asked the cashier for a WELL DONE wings and repeated it twice and my husband said EXTRA EXTRA TIME! And when they were making the wings I went up to the pickup window and said I just want to make sure you told them I want the wings well done and he said yes. Then I got the order in 23 minutes total which I knew 100% it won’t be well done because of how short the time was! I took a bite from each flavor to check if it was under cooked and sure it was!!!! So I went to the manager as she claimed to be and said I asked many times for well done and this is not well done! She kept arguing that this is well done and that’s their policy on how long they cook it for as if it was my first time ordering from them!! I said I am pregnant I CAN NOT eat the chicken undercooked or it will cause salmonella she said fine when that happens come and sue me!!!! The audacity for a STORE MANAGER to say this to a vulnerable pregnant woman!!!!!! Then i said either return the $42 I paid or remake them she said no I can’t do either or I will get in trouble so I asked her to call the general manager and she did and the GM said we can’t refund the money because I took bites from the wings and if I wanted I can call Friday when he gets there!!!
THIS IS ABOSOULTY DISCUSTING for a manager and a general manager to not fix issue like this and the audacity to say when something bad happens to you come and sue me!!!!!

Very Disappointing Experience
I ordered lemon pepper wings online, and when we arrived to pick them up, the wings were clearly undercooked and didn’t even look like they had lemon pepper on them. We politely asked if they could be re-cooked, and the cashier said he needed to ask the manager. The manager came over and flat-out said no without any explanation. My fiancé asked for an explanation since the wings were not done, and only then did the manager reluctantly take them to re-cook. He was extremely rude throughout the process.
This isn’t the first time we’ve received wings from this location that were undercooked — to the point of being unsafe to eat. It’s disappointing to see such poor quality control and unprofessional service, especially when this has been an ongoing issue.

Tried to order NBA package on app and website was down. Went in store to find rude workers who acted annoyed we were there. Wings were very lightly sauced, and the majority were drums (I prefer flats) some were deformed with no bone. They should be 50/50 or offer up charge for preferred flats. Why are you giving me deformed wings?

Recently, I tried chicken legs and fries at Wingstop and was quite disappointed. They were gray and tasteless. The fries were limp and burnt, looking shabby. I only got a few whole fries, and there were small scraps that are usually thrown away. Overall, this dish was disappointing and not worth its price. The place also looked dirty. I would not recommend it to those who want a good meal.

This location is typically not too busy and you are in and out if you place an order ahead of time. However, every time I have ordered a sandwich from here it is missing the pickles. Now, I always ask for a side of pickles and the workers are typically reluctant to give it to me only to check and they didn’t put any on at all. They have also forgot my sides several times.

Third time giving this place a chance. I really want to support a place dedicated to wings but they just don’t bother putting in any effort. They may even be proud of the freezer burn given the fact the wings are maybe 1/3 coated in sauce. You’ve gotta put effort into producing such a poor product.
The only semi-redeeming quality was the gentleman who handed me the bag. He was at least friendly. Perhaps only to prepare me for the sadness of the meal.

Spent almost $20 on boneless wings with almost no sauce on them. Not sure how anyone would feel comfortable serving food that looks like this knowing the customer will forsure 100% not be happy eating their food.
