This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a wing store. I placed my order and was told it would take 20 minutes. After waiting nearly an hour, my order still wasn’t ready. There was no sense of urgency, no updates, and no apology for the delay.
What made it even more frustrating was that the staff were not even focused on preparing orders. Instead of working efficiently, they were talking and playing around with each other while customers were left waiting. It honestly felt like they didn’t care at all about customer service or people’s time.
If you value your time, I would not recommend this place. Extremely slow service, unprofessional behavior, and very poor management. Definitely not coming back.

The wings were absolutely amazing. We got four different kinds. Had never had Wingstop before but we will definitely be finding another one. The fries were out of this world fresh and had just the right seasoning on them.

Been to this location multiple times and never will. If you order from this place, you may never get your food. They go as slow as they can until the place closes and then they’ll say they had no time. They have enough people to make food but they make one order at a time. Girl in the back applying lip gloss, they’re just talking and chatting instead of making food and they’re openly on their phones.

Honestly if I could give a place 0 stars it would be this one. Me family placed an online order, spent $50 and it was wrong. We picked it up and was missing half the order. When we called to get a refund (because it was a 15 min drive ) they said no refund only remakes. They also told us we “should check the bag so it’s our fault” but they should’ve just made it correctly. We accepted the accommodation of it being remade if we brought it back (which we had to go back and forth with for 10mins) and upon arriving a worker was outside at a car saying it’s our fault and tried to press us for bringing it back, and saying we spoke to the “lil manager”. After all the commotion he asked us to leave a good review and we’d get our food…what??? This establishment has gone downhill due to the workers lack of care, service and common sense. This location needs a whole new team. The goofy manager wanted to be funny on our way out asking us to check the food as he sees me doing it. Take my advice and save your money

Terrible food service that took forever to complete the order. Waited 3.5 – 4 hours for my order. Management has no idea how to manage orders to get the completed. There were 20+ orders just sitting on tables waiting to be picked up for over 1+ hour. Workers were just standing around not making food. There is absolutely no urgency when it comes to making the food in a timely manner.

ordered at 7:17pm to pick up at 8pm. when i arrived i gave them my name and the lady there had the worst attitude ever saying they didnt have an order under my name so i showed her my phone and she magically found my ticket saying she didnt see it. so i waited 40 minutes and the rude lady told the cleaning lady to “call out my name, she’s sitting over there, that girl right there” lmao and i checked the bag to make sure everything was right. the first box of tenders was right so i assumed the second would be. NOPE my order was WRONG after dealing with that ladies shitty attitude. find better employees that don’t hate their jobs because i was very calm and respectful the entire time and didn’t even mind waiting cause mistakes happen but the attitude and getting the order wrong is just ridiculous. i even tipped online and this just reminded me why i never do smh.

This location is not kept up. The bath rooms have an odor also no soap in the dispenser, coke freestyle machine was filthy and sticky had no ice in the machine. Order my food online 40 minutes prior to pick and still waited 15 minutes when I arrived. saw Employees sitting in the lobby on computers when they could be cleaning the store or helping out. Will not be visiting this location again. EVER!

I was not happy with my order. The fries was cooked a little crispier then I personally like, the wings didn’t have no flavor to them. I ordered lemon pepper and I still had to put some seasoning on it and the chicken was a little dry. I’ve had better from other locations.

I ordered take out to feed my family dinner thanksgiving eve, because I knew my husband and I had to put in alot of work to prepare thanksgiving dinner. This food was extremely disgusting! The wings skin were covered in so much fat it was inedible. I requested extra crisp for two of my four orders to alleviate this issue and it was still soggy skin. My daughter was the only person that could enjoy her meal (boneless combo) the other three were thrown to the trash and we had to eat cereal for dinner! We were better off just grabbing little ceaser pizza. I paid almost $55 for TRASH food and stomachaches. Wingstop level of quality has gone down drastically, we will not be back again! Dave’s hot chicken is worth the extra distance next time.

On this visit to Wingstop, I ordered ahead the 3 for 13.99 combo with fries. They had the order ready within a few minutes of my arrival there. The boneless wings were hot, fresh, and flavorful. The fries were seasoned well. I recommend Wingstop.
