Made an online delivery order at 1130 pm on January 14th. Food was supposed to arrive at 12:12. I never got my food. And apparently my order was refunded so now I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for my money back. If your employees are going to be lazy and not make an order just cuz it’s the last half hour of there shift you shouldn’t have said employees. Or at least turn off the online delivery orders. I worked in fast food from 18 to 20 years old I know how the shit works. Very disappointed and upset. I love wingstop but this has left a sour taste in my mouth I don’t think I will

Food is fine, but the same counter worker in the afternoon is always extra slow like he thinks it’s funny. He’s on his phone, moves on purpose, and ignores pickup orders that are already ready. It’s annoying having to deal with the same thing every time.

I can never eat here again. Place is gross inside. Cashier put his hands down his pants and scratched his crotch. Drink dispenser was out of most drink options. A customer knocked cups off the counter and told the cashier. Cashier said don’t worry about it and put them back out for customers.

Ordered our food via mobile. Got 2 orders of 20 boneless wings (garlic parmesean, lemon pepper, hawaiian) said it was going to be 16-20 mins. I go in to get the food after 25 minutes, and was told they still needed an extra 10 mins to finish. Get the food home, only to find out they gave us only 20 boneless wings.
Girlfriend calls them up to let them know what happened, and she could hear the manager yell that they did not mess up the order, but was going to remake the order for us. Got the second order of food, only to find out they gave us hot and spicy wings instead of the Hawaiian like we asked.
Fries were really good, wings were meh. Probably never ordering there again
