Hands down, best wings in town! This is a small place with delicious food. While they have plenty of seating, most people opt for takeout. If you are looking for a quick bite, and you are near Berea, don’t hesitate to order from wingstop! You can order ahead if you are in a rush.

Really frustrating, we have given this location chance after chance. The response received from the owner at one point was they are training new people. Eventually something has to give. We resorted to placing online orders so we weren’t waiting an hour and a half instore. Now we place online and come just to wait our online wait and an additional 30-45 min in store too! I watch our food sit on the counter getting cold while employees are organizing tickets and some guy stands in the back organizing ranch cups watching his crew drown in orders and upset customers who have been waiting and filling the dining room. To make it worse we get a wing covered in feathers, one with a claw still attached and one with bone splintering out. We really love Wingstop. We have spent a LOT of money at this store, it’s just heartbreaking

I’ve never been to a Wingstop, I’ve always wanted to check one out because I love wings. This place did not disappoint. Great wings, great sauce flavors, clean restaurant, staff seemed friendly in my limited interactions. Fries were great also. I’ll definitely be back.

Our experience at this Wing Stop was wonderful. The service was excellent! Despite being busy when my partner entered the store, the employees still greeted him and did so very kindly. They informed him that our food would be a little longer in a very nice way and packed our food with care. The portions were quite generous and the quality was very satisfying. Our food was very warm, even after the 15 minute drive home. Everything was fresh and we were very happy with how much sauce we received. We will definitely be back next time we need our wing fix. Thank you for the lovely experience this evening. This is our new favorite Wing Stop for sure!

This would be a zero star if possible. Been to the location 3 times. This will be my LAST. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!
I am a truck driver. I’ve eaten wing stops all over the country. For the past +10 years. This place has the largest issue with getting it right. We’ll talk about today specifically.
Placed an order for 10pc lemon pepper, well done. I emphasize to the cashier, “Please make sure they’re extra crispy.” She says, I put well done on the ticket. I asked again, please tell the cook extra crispy. No slimy wings please. She didn’t.
Guess what I got? Soft chewy chicken wings. Before leaving I checked the bag, no fries in the bag and my wings were mushy. They apologized and prepared another order.
Received my bag walked back to my truck, wings were prepared the exact same way. Frustrated I returned.
They prepared the order again. Now waiting for over an hour for chicken wings. Gentlemen walks up to me showing me another batch of wings he’s prepared. Which are of the same “well done” I’ve been handed twice so far. I show him they are mushy, he proceeds to tell me the “timer” only allows him to cook the wings for 16 mins. Almost no seasoning either. This is not how Wingstop prepares food. Only this location apparently.
I left with the mushy wings. No offer to refund my money or wait beyond what his “timer” tells him.
If you’re going to reply with the auto “email us here” message. Save it unless what’s in that email is worth what my time is waiting around, and can be used at another location. This is the third time to this location and the exact same food quality.
Update*** couldn’t stomach the mushy wings and there was only 9 wings in the container. Went back in and spoke with I’m guessing the shift lead. Here going on 2 hours, they’re attempting it for a 4th try. Again I’m a truck driver so I’ll be sleeping nearby. If I would’ve been home I would’ve gave up long ago.
Wings in hand. Crispier. And seasoned much better. I do appreciate the staffs patience here. They were all extremely kind.

imagine charging that much for buffalo ranch fries for it to just be fries topped with buffalo and bare minimum ranch? like are you serious. Contacted them like they asked and after going back and forth asking questions about when and what was wrong i got no response so i lowered their service score a notch. Update just ordered the voodoo fries and they came with no voodoo seasoning.

I ordered hickory smoked BBQ wings through Uber Eats. I received wings that had super hot seasoning shaken on them. No sauce of any kind. I called the restaurant and was told I could come pick up a replacement or get a refund from Uber eats. She said she didn’t make or pack it (it was her name on my bag).
